Experience Mesquites warm weather and beautiful sunsets with views of the Virgin MT. This condo is surrounded by golf courses. Mesquite features seven championship golf courses within 10 minutes of each other. Casinos, Spas and great dining waits you in Mesquite. Mesquite is located just over an hour northeast of Las Vegas, Nevada and a short drive to scenic St. George, Utah. Bryce and Zion National Parks are easily accessible and well worth the drive to experience the red rock canyons at their finest.

This three bedroom condo features an on site swimming pool & spa , fully equipped kitchens, granite countertops, full-sized washer & dryer and more.

Your stay includes a daily value of $510 in complimentary activities. Starting September 15th, 2024, every reservation of 27 days or less will automatically include free tickets to top attractions such as golfing, Zion tours, and more, offering you exceptional experiences each day of your stay.

Please call the office to ensure this property has Cable TV or Streaming only or both.

Marilyn Park is just a small walk down the hill, which has a huge play structure, sand volleyball court, full size basketball court, BBQ area, large covered picnic area and lots of green grass.

"For stays lasting 28 days or more, please be aware that a cleaning fee will be applied at a rate of 1.5 times the standard cleaning fee. This fee is necessary to maintain the cleanliness and quality of our accommodations throughout your extended stay."

It’s super close to everything. Kids enjoy the time using the pool. The area is super quiet and we enjoyed our time.

Very Clean & Great Space

With teenagers and toddlers this place was perfect. The loft provided a great area for the teenagers to stay and still feel like they had some privacy. The great room was plenty spacious to hang out and watch a movie together. It made our stay in Mesquite feel much more like a vacation.

So many things, I didn’t get an email with the check in info and I tried to text them an hour before we got there with no response, so I called VRBO they helped me but then I got an email saying that, that’s not an emergency to call them for! (It was 10pm after a long drive and I had little kids with me, so yes I needed to get into the house) there was a horrible sewer smell, most of the dishes were dirty, dishwasher leaked a big puddle after every time we used it! We couldn’t swim because the pool was extremely cold and the hot tub was too dirty to get in. There was more but these were the main problems

Could not use the pool

I was really disappointed that the pool was so cold you could not swim in it. I specifically asked if the pool would be open and the management indicated it would be. Well, it was open but we couldn't swim in it because it was freezing and the hot tub was too hot, 105 degrees or hotter. So we couldn't even sit in the hot tub. My whole family was very disappointed.
