Amazing Spring Conditions

A friend came in last minute for closing week at Mary Jane. We wanted ski in / ski out, and a great hot tub at a good price. We got exactly what we asked for. Best part, two 10” powder days and we rode fresh tracks because no one was there :) Best Spring trip ever!

Great Experience

Property is perfect for a Winter Park Getaway. Access from the Parking Garage to the Ski lockers made unloading equipment a breeze. The condo was clean with a nice kitchenette that was perfect for making a quick breakfast before spending the day on the mountain. After a long day on the slopes, the comfortable bed was a really nice feature.Speaking of the slopes, the Gondola was a very short walk away as were the different shops, bars and restaurants. I highly recommend this condo.

Great spot next to the mountain

Plenty of space for snow sport equipment in included locker. Huge pool-sized hot tub for heat therapy and stretching after a day on the mountain and rejuvenating for the next; big bathtub in unit if you want to soak in privacy. Kitchen is well equipped, even has a waffle iron and air fryer! Bed was comfy. Fireplace was cozy. Nice view of tree with birds and slopes in the background. TV with some free channels and Netflix app. Lots of board games and books. Laundry facility on same floor. And a short walk from train platform if you ride it. An even shorter walk to everything else. And free bus to town if you need to stock up at store; bring the supplied grocery bag :)

Great place and great host

The condo is well-equipped, clean, and very close to the Gondola and Winter Park Village. Our host is very responsive to questions we have. One of the most pleasant experiences I have had. This will be the first I'll check for availability on my next trip to Winter Park. Highly recommended.

Great Place

The location is fantastic. The hot tub is new and amazing. The host communicated all the necessary information. The sofa bed/futon was comfortable.

Amazing unit!

Great studio unit, walking distance to lifts! Unit was very clean and comfortable, had everything we needed! Parking was easy and convenient. Communication with Adam our host was excellent! Would definitely stay again!

Founders Pointe condo

The unit was clean and comfortable. The host responded quickly to all of my inquiries and was accommodative of my requests.Locker for ski/pole storage adjacent to elevator and building entrance was more convenient than free storage (for rentals) located at West Portal. Gondola is a short easy walk.

Great place to stay for skiing

The room was great overall. The hot tub was closed due to construction and we were not told before booking so we were a bit disappointed about that. Also, we were only allowed 2 bath towels, which I thought was weird. And getting into the garage and exited the garage was a pain because we were never sent a code or barcode to scan after purchasing, and somehow we were charged an extra day for the parking as well.

Nice Getaway Location

The room itself was clean and welcoming. The owner was extremely quick to respond to communication. We were there in the shoulder season (October) and the building was under a lot of construction. This meant several building amenity closures and some dirtiness and debris in the hallways. During the ski season I imagine that this would not be an issue, but worth considering for booking in the shoulder season. The location and access to the slopes would be amazing for ski season!

Great stay and the listing was accurate. We were disappointed that the deck and hot tube are under construction but that was noted in the listing ahead of time.

Compact unit has all you need

The studio unit is in a great location at base of Winter Park resort. Parking garage made access to unit a breeze. Everything is provided that one needs to be comfortable.

Our family welcomes you to our weekend get-away. Winter Park is a great place to relax and enjoy Rocky Mountain hospitality. Best bump skiing in North America (Skiing magazine said it!). Make sure to check out Trestle Bike park and summer activities after ski season.

There is something so relaxing about parking the car in the Founders Pointe garage at the start of the holiday, and not getting behind the wheel until departure. Somehow not using a car makes the vacation seem longer to me; I hope you will have a similar experience. In the morning it is a 3 minute walk to the Zephyr lift from the condo lobby. After returning from a satisfying day of skiing and soaking in the outdoor hot tub--same floor as your condo (kids love its island)-- you will find numerous restaurants, massage/spa, and gear stores equally close and inviting.

Travel from DIA to Winter Park: 1. car rental 2. Home James shuttle. 3. Amtrak train amtrak.com/WinterParkExpress

From the condo, local shuttle bus is available.. to arrange local transportation.
