*NEW* THE HAVEN at Woodland Ranch - Wonderful! Grand Canyon Vacation Rental

Set on 40 wide-open acres, this private ranch retreat offers rare space, silence, and stars—perfect for families, couples, or anyone craving room to breathe. Wake up surrounded by sweeping high-desert views and enjoy the unbeatable advantage of being among the closest vacation rentals to the Grand Canyon—just a scenic 20-minute drive to the world-famous National Park.

Unlike cramped tiny homes or crowded RV parks, this is a true open ranch property—private, expansive, and unapologetically spacious. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen ready for home-cooked meals, fresh linens, plush towels, toiletries, and essentials thoughtfully provided, plus a washer and dryer for longer stays. Stay effortlessly connected with fast, reliable STARLINK internet powered by SpaceX, ideal for remote work or streaming after a day of adventure.

Comfort comes standard with air conditioning and heating, while mornings start right with complimentary Keurig coffee, tea, and sugar. Step outside to enjoy the full-length deck, fire up the BBQ grill, or gather for star gazing at the outdoor fire pit—where the night sky feels endless and unforgettable.

This is more than a place to stay—it’s a Grand Canyon-adjacent ranch experience offering freedom, comfort, and proximity you simply won’t find anywhere else.

We planned our dates for the Grand Canyon trip based on when The Haven was available…. And the house and ranch did not disappoint. Close enough to the Grand Canyon entrance that morning or evening trips were quick and easy… yet far enough away that it was so quiet and peaceful. Did the rim hike and bright angel trail. Sunrise and sunsets were gorgeous and the stars were AMAZING! House has everything you need to easily make meals. We grilled some awesome steaks one evening and enjoyed coffee each morning on the porch. Perfect start to our trip!!

Peaceful location just outside Grand Canyon NP

Comfortable and clean house located a short drive from Grand Canyon NP. The location is somewhat isolated, which made it very quiet and perfect for our family.

The views and the solitude are what The Haven is all about. In three days here I heard one other car that wasn’t my own. The location is great for visiting Grand Canyon and it is a very quiet. The house is clean and well equipped with extra touches. The house is a little noisy so early sleepers may have a hard time if others are still walking around. Would gladly stay here again if we are in the area. I could sit on the front porch and take in the mountain views for ages.

The only problem I had was having to leave! We stayed at some amazing places during our two week Western Parks tour but The Haven was our favorite! It was very clean, Host had excellent communication with us and the surroundings were incredibly beautiful and relaxing. The drive to the Grand Canyon was about a 30 minute easy drive. We would highly recommend staying here!

Perfect stay!

Absolutely loved our stay! The Haven had everything we could have asked for - so many thoughtful touches. The house is clean, uncluttered, and the enormous back porch perfect for stargazing and drinking tea/coffee. The views were so beautiful and calming. The location perfect for a grand canyon visit. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay at The Haven

Our family had an excellent stay at The Haven. The house is clean, spacious, and well supplied. The grill and fire pit were great to use. It was an easy 25 minute drive to and from the canyon. It was a beautiful property to watch the sun rise and drink coffee in the mornings. Very quiet. We would definitely recommend and come back.

After spending our days in the amazing but very crowded national park, it was lovely to come back to this private and secluded home. The views were awesome from the huge deck. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Unbelievable setting

This house is probably the most peaceful place I’ve ever stayed. Between the setting and the finishing touches from the owners, it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay. We landed on the property based on its location to the Grand Canyon, and it was perfect for multiple day trips.
