Escape to the charm of quiet, small town beach life but still have access to everything the shore has to offer! Walking distance (2 blocks) to North Beach, a still quiet beach in Long Branch, this meticulously renovated home is situated in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood with local eateries but only a short drive to Pier Village, Monmouth beach, and all of the shore's other attractions.



Expansive back yard with BBQ, fire pit, outdoor sectional, chaise lounge chairs, and outdoor shower! (More photos coming soon.) We also provide 2 bikes, surf and boogie boards, beach necessities and 2 beach passes! Enjoy the sunset from the backyard, get a coffee at a local cafe and take a walk to world famous 7 presidents park, or bike ride to get ices at Long Branch's famed Light House ice cream. Walk to the beach and stay all day, surf Long Branch's waves, check out the skateboarders at the local skate park, and then drive 5 minutes to the action at Pier Village and Monmouth Beach's amazing restaurants . Back at the house, escape the hustle and bustle and traffic, and relish in tranquility and peace. Savor the ocean breeze, relax in the sun, and enjoy!



ABOUT THE HOUSE:

The house has been newly and meticulously renovated to combine modern conveniences with light, bright, and chic beach house charm. Washer/Dryer, Smart TV, WiFi, stainless appliances, butcher block countertops, luxurious linens and mattresses, stylish and contemporary design.

3 bedrooms and 2 full baths-all renovated. The master bedroom includes a plush king sized bed with gorgeous handcrafted headboard and CASPAR mattress, the second bedroom has a plush queen sized bed with CASPAR mattress and a desk used for remote work, and the third bedroom includes a bunk bed, with a twin on top and full on the bottom. Hard wood floors in all bedrooms. All furniture is brand new. 2 Car garage with large driveway. Back yard is large and sun filled. AC are wall and window units.

Wonderful Shore Vacation!

We had a wonderful vacation in Long Branch! The house is beautiful, clean, well appointed, and very close to the beautiful beaches. We were so impressed with the Long Branch area. The boardwalk and food were excellent! Andy and Elana have created a lovely vacation home. We will definitely be back!

Amazing beach getaway!

Our family (with two kids) had an amazing time. The house is immaculate, brand new and so cute. It has everything you could need for the beach plus bikes! The location is perfect, the beach is beautiful and there are great restaurants in the area. The hosts were so nice and responsive and wanted to make sure we had the best possible stay. Definitely recommend and can't wait to come back.

Would stay again!

Lovely property, recently renovated and well equipped. Enjoyed the snacks upon arrival. Owners checked in to make sure we were okay and answer any questions. Would definately recommend and visit again when we are in NJ. Thanks for the hospitality

Amazing beach house close to the beach!

The minute we walked in the front door we were blown away by the property. It was pristine and the decor and interior exceeded our expectations. The hosts attention to detail like the fire pit, BBQ, welcome package, beach essentials and passes made it that bit extra special. The hosts were so quick to respond and helpful with any questions or queries. We absolutely loved it and hope to come back.

Perfect long weekend

This house was perfect for our family’s Labor Day Weekend vacation. The house was very clean and nicely updated. The fenced-in outdoor space with the fire pit and the grill was an awesome place to hang out. The beds were super comfortable, which we really appreciated! The house had everything we needed for the beach, and the new beach cruiser bikes provided by the hosts were a really nice touch! The hosts were also very friendly and accommodating. After we left, we realized we had left a couple items of clothing behind and they were kind enough to ship them to us. We hope to be able to rent this house again next year!

Such a great getaway

Our family had a great time! The house was super clean and beautifully renovated with a great backyard space. We loved that even though the house was in a quiet location, it was just a quick walk to the beach with so much to do in the area. Will definitely be visiting again! Thank you!

Charming shore house great neighborhood.

The house is completely remodeled and modern but still has lots of charm. Only a couple blocks to the beach and walkable to multiple parks and cute lunch spots. The yard is spacious and great for relaxing or entertaining. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone around is so friendly. I would highly recommend for a weekend or a month.

House is just a 9 minute walk to the beach, and is in a fantastic location on the border of Long Branch and Monmouth Beach. All local attractions are either in walking distance or accessible with a short bike ride, including Pier Village and 7 Presidents Oceanfront Park. The local beach is wide, and unlike most of the other beaches in the area, it is beautified with dunes and relatively uncrowded. There are charming local restaurants and cafes, and the whole neighborhood has a great small town feel to it. But the house is also a 5 minute car ride to all of the action in Pier Village and other shopping.
The house has been meticulously renovated to maximize that vacation feeling with bright and chic beach house decor.
