¨Villa Raíz¨ was meant and designed to create unique memories.
Surrounded by Nature and wildlife in the quiet residential area of Playa Hermosa just a 10-minute drive away from Santa Teresa's Beaches and downtown.
Hermosa Beach is also a Beautiful Beach and an all-level Surf Point in the area and is only a 2-3 minute drive from our Villa.
The property has 4 private Rooms, 2 of them are Suites with attached bathrooms and two are single-bedded bedrooms with a shared bathroom and the most amazing view.
AC, Fans, fiber optic wifi - 100mbps, is also provided.
It is ideal for large groups. With a comfortable sun deck, a spacious infinity swimming pool, and a barbecue area to host unforgettable experiences for friends and family.
For those looking for an ¨in-home¨ experience, the fully equipped Kitchen and living room areas open to the Pool are a great place to relax during the summer days.
