Amazing property right on the beach of Playa Hermosa, in front of the best surf, on the north end of Playa Santa Teresa. Very private as this large villa sits in a unique green and pristine property with 180 meters beach front. The two and a half hectares park has very large mature trees and lots of shade.
The house has 4 bedrooms, a study, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large living spaces and decks, extra large pool, private yoga shala great for yoga or events. It sleeps 10 people in beds, ideal for a large family or a group of friends. This property is right in the central section of Playa Hermosa beach and walking distance to the Hermosa cafes and surf shops but super private. A rare find.
