Welcome to your oceanfront penthouse condo in Bejuco beach.
This penthouse condo offers a loft/family room area providing greater room to spread out and relax. The loft has it's own balcony, separate from the main level balcony.
For even more space, you also have access to the shared rooftop terrace that offers amazing views of the ocean and the beach below.

If you are visiting from abroad and not renting a car, we can facilitate transportation from the airport. We can also arrange day trips and tours.

However, we encourage you to secure a vehicle, because it will give you the freedom to explore the surrounding areas.

Great location!

Our family of six stayed 4 nights and loved that we could walk to the beach, pools, restaurants and market as needed. The location felt like a hidden gem. We highly recommend this location for a great Costa Rican experience.

Condo, beach, neighborhood everything was great. Small, not tourists crowded, but with everything nearby.

We enjoyed this location and really appreciated how well stocked it was. We didn’t need to buy household supplies like garbage bags, dish detergent, toilet paper, hand soap etc. We were disappointed with the air conditioning. It did not cool the condo down, turned off when we were not in the room. I am guessing it was controlled by wifi and motion detectors. This was our 5th time renting in CR (we know it’s hot!) and had adequate air con on our previous rentals. We reached out to the owner and he basically explained it’s hot in CR. Swimming pools were very warm unlike past rentals. No other concerns and a great place to stay otherwise.

Perfect location!

Great location, right on the beach. Clean and well furnished condo with everything we needed. Restaurants are close by as well as a grocery store. Couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Amazing views and a quiet beach

Amazing property,It had the best beach views, the best equipped place I've ever stayed in. 👍 Our host was very helpful before in our decision and as well throughout out stay. Check in and check out was a breeze.We Loved the place and hope to be Lucky enough to stay there again.

Great place to explore

This condo was great and had everything our family of four needed for a week exploring the surrounding areas of Costa Rica. Convenient location for excursions to the north and south. Very comfortable and Juan Carlos was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.

Nice new space but without any AC, it was miserable. I was refused a full refund and also found out the owner, basically telling us the units dont work well ‘this time of year’ & it’s normal, controls the AC units from Florida. Having to prove the units didn’t work and only blew room temp. air via the dismal customer service,(over 2 hrs on the phone, mainly on hold) I was not happy. 84 degrees inside all night. I had to sleep on the balcony which was cooler. We found another option the next day that had great AC and no condescending attitude from the owner and VRBO customer service.

Well worth it

My daughter and I stayed for 2 weeks and it was wonderful. The condo could not have been better. I was doing a work vacation and it worked out great, the wifi was quick and other than a couple times where it went out briefly, it was perfect. I will definitely consider coming back here again.

Costa Rica vaca

Overall, the stay was great. I did not like the AC unit process. It was not cold enough for me and the unit will go on and off automatically. It was a little challenging trying to figure out how the stove work, but the host eventually helped out with that other than that overall, it was a great stay and a very nice property as long as you’re OK with heat. The view was to die for.

Beautiful location

The condo is just as described in the listing. The views are amazing and we saw lizards, birds & a sloth from our balcony. We did have a few maintenance issues with the condo. Juan was very good at communicating with us and addressing them as soon as he could.

Beautiful condo with fabulous view

The Penthouse was amazing. Right on the beach with two balconies that provided a great view of the ocean and beautiful sunsets. Super secure and located within driving distance of Manuel Antonio and Jaco. The condo had everything we needed and then some! We saw sloths in the trees right off our balcony and saw 6 Scarlett Makaws one morning as well. Communication with Juan Carlos was great and any questions were answered immediately. Would not hesitate to rent it again. Hope to return again soon!

Bejuco Getaway

This was a great condo, very clean and modern and right on the beach. The unit has two separate balcony's and also has access to a roof top deck. The condo was equipped with all the basics that you would need and there is a grocery store right across Rt 34 at the end of the property. Juan was a great host and was quick and responsive to our messages. The Bejuco and Esterillos areas are really nice and this condo is tucked right in the mix. Plenty of restaurants and beach access all around (within driving distance) I think this condo would be a great stay for anyone wanting to spend time in the Bejuco / Esterillos area.

Exactly as advertised

The apartment is wonderful and just as pictured. We did experience some issues with the airconditioning due to a power outage/surge as did the whole building but Juan answered my communications immediately. He attempted to fix the problem and really that is all you can ask for! The problem was rectified in the morning when building staff could reset the system. He checked in with us and made sure it was all working again.The location is on the beach and we enjoyed the upper loft balcony often. Although you do have to walk around to get through several gates etc for pools or beach the amenities are wonderful and the beach stretches for miles. Would not hesitate to stay in this condo again!

AMAZING!!!!!

Everything was exactly as described in the listing. This was the perfect spot for me and my husband. Quiet and away from the crazy of a big town. Still have grocery store and restaurants very close by. House was clean with a verity of beach chairs and towels. There was a blender and the freezer kept up on the ice making especially with four extra ice trays. The view was amazing and we saw so much wildlife. If you like bird watching then you will love this spot. We also saw a sloth in a tree on the beach ♥️ I hope we are lucky enough to come back to Costa Rica and we are lucky enough to stay here. We rented a car which was a great idea also add Waze app to your phone for directions. This place is a 5 star hands down!! Host was so nice and helpful.

Perfect Stay!!

This condo was perfect for the 3 of us, and lived up to the listing and pictures. Juan Carlos was great to deal with and very responsive via WhatsApp with all communication. The beds were very comfortable, the AC worked great, the ocean views were amazing and we couldn’t have asked for more with the ocean front location and the breathtaking sunsets. We even saw a few sloths sleeping in the trees along the beach. The internet worked great and would be an awesome place to work remotely. Everything about this unit was comfortable and having a washer and dryer AND dishwasher was icing on the cake. We didn’t have a vehicle but getting shuttles to wherever we needed to go was easy and the Bejuco Town Center was an easy 10 min walk. The bakery there is to die for and there are several great restaurants in that complex, as well as several right on the beach. Don Toro’s was our favorite. We’d love to come back someday and spend more time. Thank you Juan Carlos.

Super Property and Super Host!

This Bejuco condo is exactly and pictured. Clean, modern and in a fantastic location. We were a group of four adults travelling Costa Rica and this was our last stop before returning home. We found paradise! This two bedroom condo is directly on the ocean. There are two balconies and access to a shared roof top terrace. The condo is equipped with basic needs. Note, there is no oven but the toaster oven worked well enough for us! The washer and dryer were a treat! There is even a Bose speaker to listen to your tunes. The beach is huge and perfect for walking and there is a lovely pool available for the building as well We had a few questions during our stay and Juan the host always had a rapid response. He was very assessable and great to communicate with at any time. There are restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. We will return to Costa Rica and this condo in the future. Great Spot

Really nice little place for our family of 4. Location is unbeatable, it was quite new and very clean. It was really nice to have 2 devils, with outstanding views from the top deck (both really). True to Costa Rican form, Juan Carlos was friendly, accommodating, and a master communicator.

Excellent Stay

This was a wonderful property and the owners were responsive and extremely helpful. It was more a remote work trip for me, and it worked out perfectly for all of my WFH needs. The location was also perfect for exploring and experiencing Costa Rica. I would stay here again and again.
