Great Location, Beautiful sea view

Apartment was very well appointed, great location for driving to La Cala or Marbella. The balcony has a wonderful sea view. Sue the property manager was very friendly and helpful and even went out and bought us a kettle so we could make a cup of tea.

Costa del Sol Getaway

We loved the amazing view from the balcony and really close proximity to the boardwalk, including the great restaurant only 500 metres away, right on the boardwalk. We only wish the property would have had assigned parking and better parking control on the weekend. The walk from the parking area, especially with groceries, was very far. The elevators are tiny and only one worked consistently well during our 10 day stay. Other than those minor complaints, the apartment is fantastic!

Wonderful location

The apartment was beautiful, with a view to die for and the wonderful sound of the waves. We had almost everything we needed for our week's stay. The weather was great, just right for the time of year. We enjoyed walking on the boardwalk in front of the beach and sitting by the pool to chill out. However had it been any earlier in summer it would have been too hot. The small air-con unit wasn't good enough as it blew out hot air at the back, defeating the object. Luckily we could open the bedroom windows and have the ceiling fan on throughout the night so we were comfortable. What would make the apartment 'amazing' would be full air-conditioning that you felt as you walked through the door. It would be quite easy as the apartment is mainly open plan. If the air-con was upgraded we would certainly book the apartment again. Janet and Les

Enjoyable Stay

Great condo with fantastic ocean views. Kitchen could use an upgrade as there is no oven or dishwasher but overall a pleasure to stay in and would consider staying again.

Nice View

The location of the apartment is very good. The check in and out procedure was very convenience. Nice surrounding area and very close to the beach. We had sometimes difficulty to find parking in the area.. It was crowded with the cars during 2nd half of July.

Aussicht super/ Küche unbrauchbar

Die Aussicht auf dem kleinen Balkon ist fantastisch doch leider funktionierte die Sonnenstore nicht. Die Küche ist zum Kochen nicht geeignet, es fehlt ein Backofen, die Mikrowelle uralt und der Timer funktionierte nicht sowie der Dampfabzug ebenfalls nicht. Beim Öffnen und Schliessen der Schränkchen und KS war permanent Holzabrieb auf dem Boden, den man danach in der ganzen Wohnung verteilte. Mehr als eine Person kann sich zudem nicht in der Küche aufhalten. Die Vermieterin hatte bei der Meldung der Mängel und Bitte um Preisnachlass kein Verständnis. Auf ein zweites Schreiben reagierte Sie gar nicht mehr. So waren wir 3 Wochen in einer Wohnung, die wir auch wählten wegen der Küche, um nicht immer ins Restaurant gehen zu müssen. Preis und Leistung sind leider in keinem Verhältnis.

Buen apartamento con precio elevado

El apartamento está en la cuarta planta de un edificio prácticamente sobre el mar orientado a sur. El edificio tan solo está separado del agua por un pequeño jardín y una breve franja de arena de playa. Por dentro está bien equipado con decoración clásica. Tiene un salón grande, un dormitorio grande, un baño normal, y una cocina minúscula con electrodomésticos bastante antiguos, pero aceptablemente bien equipada. La terraza es semicircular, no demasiado grande, justo para dos personas. Por la tarde deja de dar el sol sobre ella porque queda ocultado por una especie de salientes semicirculares que dan forma al edificio. El arquitecto hubiese tenido que ser inhabilitado de por vida por ese motivo. La calidad del apartamento es buena, pero el precio está desajustado al alza. En nuestra opinión el precio pagado fue superior al valor del apartamento. Por lo demás, la relación con la propiedad fue fácil, y la entrega y devolución de llaves también funcionó perfectamente.

PLAYA

Me ha encantado el apartamento. Las vistas son preciosas. Sin embargo, a nosotros nos encanta bañarnos en la playa y no ha sido posible porque está llena de piedras grandes y muchas rocas. No son las playas de Cádiz, por ejemplo, cuya entrada es súper cómoda y sin miedo a hacerte daño. Por otra parte, si quieres almorzar o cenar fuera, los precios son muy elevados. Un saludo.

Dejlig lejlighed

Dejlig rummelig lejlighed til 2 personer og en lille hund . Store problemer med opvarmning ,kom til en meget kold lejlighed uden varme .Kun et varme apparat virkede ,efter klage fik vi dagen efter et mere og vi havde også besøg af blikkenslager og elektriker så der var nok at se til med at lukke håndværker ud og ind af porten de har ikke nøgler . Ejeren var venlig og hjalp ,men den dame der skulle hjælpe så vi intet til i alle 24 dage . Dejlig seng ,og stor stue ,tv perfekt men møblerne kunne godt klare en opdatering . Verdens mindste køkken men det kunne da bruges . Flot altan der dog vender forkert om vinteren ,så kun sol til kl. 15. Lejligheden ligger flot i første række og fredeligt men selve området byder ikke på mange spisesteder men man kan jo ikke få alt .

Año nuevo en la playa

Nos ha encantado pasar el año nuevo frente la playa. El apartamento está totalmente en primera línea de playa, con un sendero de madera ideal para pasear. Hemos disfrutado con nuestros perros de nuestra estancia en Mijas. Aunque hemos pasado un poco de frío, con la chimenea eléctrica se estaba a gusto en el salón, el dormitorio algo frío pero amplio y confortable, hemos dormido todas las noches de un tirón. Las vistas espectaculares y además Netflix gratis. Una estancia ideal que ojalá podamos repetir en verano para disfrutar plenamente de la piscina y la playa. Gracias Florentine por el apartamento y gracias Sue por el recibimiento y recepción.

Good time great boardwalk

Ideal para descansar en familia

El alojamiento tiene una ubicacion ideal, limpio, espacioso, luminoso y bastante bien abastecido. Por poner nota negativa, en las fotos se ofrece vista de una piscina, que se entiende que es la del complejo y es la del complejo colindante. La del piso es más tranquila y pequeña, pero está bien. Y no aparecen fotos de la cocina y el frigorifico es demasiado pequeño. Por ultimo, no pudimos dejar limpio el suelo, porque hay aspiradora, pero no cubo para fregona.

Super Urlaub in Megaschöner Wohnung

Die Wohnung hat eine Grandiose Lage direkt am Strand. Das Frühstück auf diese Terrasse mit Traumblick ist das größte.

Excellent location, could not be any better.

The apartment is spacious for a one bed. Could do with Aircon throughout. The place is a little tired but I understand that it is due for a refurbish. Overall had a very nice few days stay.

Lovely property in a great location on the beach. Could do with a little modernising but overall a great place to visit right on the beach with fantastic views from the balcony.

We really enjoyed the sea views. The apartment was quiet, & relaxing. A few bars nearby, but you do have to travel for more extensive menus. This was the only downside. Everything else Fab.

The apartment was beautiful and the views amazing from the glass fronted balcony.

The location is quiet with a few beach restaurants. The area is very well maintained. The pools were small but adequate for the number of guests there at the time. Excellent local amenities with several large supermarkets close by and Pharmacies. The beaches are safe for families as lifeguards are present. I would recommend a car if staying in this location as it is away from Marbella/Fuengirola. There are several restaurants along the main road but we found the traffic noise a bit much. There is a lovely area to the back of the restaurants though which have a wide variety of cuisines. Overall a very pleasant stay. The owner was excellent with communication and booking was very easy so I would definitely recommend this apartment to any one wishing to stay in Calahonda.
