Small but adequate space, beds were comfortable, convenient location. Scott was a responsive host and had great communication. Lots to see and do within a short driving distance.

We had such a wonderful stay. Beautiful little spot near the beach. The bed was extremely comfortable. We would definitely come back here again. The host was extremely attentive, informative, and helpful.

The room was better than I would expect for a low price point. Communication with the owner was outstanding and the check in was very easy. We opted to use it as a central location and did a day trip each day (Kennebunkport, Salem, and the White Mountain region ). The room has a deck that is in the side of the building and has an ocean view with a walk to the beach in less than a minute from the front door. Lots of linens for your stay. Great experience!

Wonderful Little Getaway

The place was exactly how it was pictured clean, was stocked with any necessities we would need! The unit owner even left us a basket of snacks and wine and soft drinks in the refrigerator! The ocean/seashore motif, as well as being right across the street from the beach, gave it great ambiance! We will definitely be going again!

The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning drinking our coffee looking at the ocean. We'd sit out there at night with the ocean breeze looking at all the lights along the blvd. The owner sent a welcome text with information on the unit and things to do around Hampton. We had a very pleasing experience.

Highly recommend

Owner and very quick to respond. The unit is clean and literally has anything you could need. Seems recently updated, bed was very comfortable. Excellent location, definitely would stay again!!

Great Fall Weekend Getaway

Scott’s place was perfect for my long weekend stay for the Rockfest Half Marathon. Right across the street from the beach and walking distance to shops and bars/restaurants. I loved the ocean view from the balcony while enjoying my morning coffee.

Hampton getaway

From start to finish it was exceptional. Scott was a great host, checked in to see if we needed anything. The place was clean and had everything we could ever ask for. It was an amazing stay and we will definitely be back!
