The welcoming bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep for our guests. The kitchen was recently upgraded to a full size kitchen in 2024. We offer everything you need to make your beach vacation memorable and comfortable, including linens, beach towels, beach cart, sun shade, beach chairs, A/C, wifi, and much more. Enjoy the ocean breeze and views while drinking your coffee or glass of wine from the bistro set on the balcony. Get ready for an unforgettable vacation experience at our Hampton Beach getaway!

Perfect place for a get away!

We stayed here the last few nights and it was perfect! Well stocked with everything you need for a beach get away. Clean and comfortable-craft magic bed was amazing! Owner was super responsive and communication with them was quick. Highly recommend- location made it walkable to everything we wanted!

We had a great time and will definitely be back next year cute little condo and a very easy check in and out process and had all the home amenities that made for a nice stress free weekend would highly recommend others check it out

Amazing weekend retreat

Great place to reset and unwind. The host was nothing but thoughtful and amazing. The place was immaculate and they thought of every thing. I would recommend staying here without a doubt! Thank you for being an amazing host!

Great Place

As soon as we walked in we were impressed by the size and cleanliness of the condo. It is in a great location. The instructions sent to me by the Host were spot on. I would recommend this Condo for booking. I would love to stay again.

Amazing Experience at Ocean Mist Condo!

Perfect location: shops,food, beach, casino, and arcades ALL within walking distance! Great Communication: The host was kind enough to extend our check out time due to expected rain! Answered promptly! The condo has everything you need! Beach chairs, towels, beach toys, sunscreen and a wagon for the beach! We will be back next summer!

This is a fantastic rental, the cleanest and most well-organized one I’ve ever stayed in. The hostess was very helpful with all of my questions and always quick to respond. The location was perfect, a quick walk to the beach (make sure you stop at Lola’s Kitchen to grab a delicious Mediterranean lunch to take with you) and an easy walk to the boardwalk without having to be right in the middle of all the noise and activity. They also provide two beach chairs, a mat to put them on, a cooler and a beach cart which were all super handy. They also generously provide a sun shade but just keep in mind it’s the model with two poles so if you want full shade and to face the water at the same time you’ll need to go later in the day or bring one with four poles. Having a designated, covered, parking spot right next to the stairs going up to the condo was a huge plus. A few of the nice touches we really appreciated were the Keurig coffee maker with Starbucks pods, Yeti insulated tumblers and adjustable bed.
