Las Brisas offers a wonderful way to enjoy the beauty and atmosphere of staying in a villa setting without renting the entire property—combining the comfort of a private residence with ocean views, breezy terraces, authentic Mexican design, and thoughtful modern comforts.

Created by combining Curiel’s Retreat (2BR) and Jonathan’s Lugar (1BR) into one seamless space, Las Brisas is ideal for families or friends traveling together who want room to relax, gather, and feel at home.

THE SPACE

Step inside and you’ll find an inviting, open-concept living and dining area that flows out to a private ocean-view garden terrace, perfect for morning coffee, relaxed afternoons, and sunset cocktails.

Each of the three bedrooms features:

- King bed with plush pillow-top mattress
- Luxury 100% cotton percale linens
- Extra pillows and handwoven Chiapas blankets
- Private en-suite bathroom with rainfall shower and premium toiletries
- Mini-split A/Cs and ceiling fans for individual guest comfort.

The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals easy, while an additional kitchenette located in the master bedroom provides added flexibility for light cooking or snacks.

Large sliding glass doors allow natural light and sea breezes to fill the space, creating a relaxed indoor/outdoor feel throughout.

Parking and drop-offs
Guests may pull up to the villa to unload luggage. Parking is not permitted in the alley, but free street parking is available nearby on adjacent streets.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Located in El Cerro/Centro, Puerto Vallarta’s original hillside neighborhood:

- 5-minute walk to the Malecón
- 5–20 minutes to beaches, restaurants, nightlife, and art galleries
- Moderate hill; Uber and taxis are inexpensive and plentiful

Guests love being close to everything while returning to a quieter, residential setting

GETTING AROUND

The Romantic Zone, Centro, and 5 de Diciembre neighborhoods are all within walking distance—most places are 5–25 minutes away on foot. The hill up to the villa is moderate; guests who prefer not to walk are welcome to use the many Ubers and taxis readily available and affordable in this area. Local buses run along the main roads below and cost 10 pesos (exact change required).

FAMILY NOTE

Families with children are welcome; however, the villa is not childproof. There is an unfenced pool, open stairs, low railings, and breakable artwork and pottery. Parents are encouraged to reach out before booking to ensure the property is a good fit.
