ABOUT THE SPACE: Pier Watch Villa Unit 101 is an oceanfront condo next to the Cherry Grove Pier in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. It accommodates up to 16 guests with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. There are three parking spaces available. It offers a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, oven, cookware, flatware, washer and dryer, pool, hot tub, and balcony. Beautiful condo. Clean. Great location. Kitchen was well stocked. One of the legs on the kitchen chair was very weak and almost broken. We just moved it to the side. Fantastic view. Living room furniture and rugs are starting to look aged and dirty. A good deep cleaning is needed. Mattresses in some bedrooms were very hard. The king beds were two twin mattresses put together. The line where they met was very uncomfortable as there was no topper to cover it. Most of the bedrooms closets were being used as storage so there was no where to store luggage. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This was a great location. Place was spacious and accommodated our large group. The place was also clean and well maintained. We had one small issue while we were there and the staff took care of it right away.

Over all our stay was good. We shouldn't have pots and pans that are all rusted. Doesn't anyone check the inventory for replacement. There was a very concerning issue was the balcony railing. One of our guest leaned on it and it was not secured. Fortunately my husband was right there an was able to grab her quickly. This is something that should never happen and is very concerning. Is this building not up to date with safety codes? Building maintenance was prompt with responding and wrapped the balcony with caution tape until a repair could be done. As a result our view of the beach was obscured with bright yellow tape and concern for using the balcony.Do I need to be concerned in the future with rentals with regard to safety?I would hope that we would be compensated for this safety issue.

This property was family friends. Extremely accessible to the beach, shopping, entertainment.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had everything thing we needed. Check in was ver simple-received a text two hours before check in time with all the information we needed. The views were great- even saw dolphins from our balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place for the whole extended family.

We had 15 total in our group from 4yrs old to 82. All had plenty room and were able to hang out in main area for meals and family time. Will be back next year!

Perfect Getaway

My husband surprised me with a trip to the beach for my 60th birthday. Family from Pennsylvania, and Georgia met us there. The area right on the beach was perfect. The condo was beautiful with everything we needed and comfortable space for everyone. We all had an amazing time!

Very Nice Condo!

I highly recommend this condo. Spacious! Two balconies, large kitchen, right on beach. My family of 15 really enjoyed it and look forward to staying again. Only issue we had was with dryer but the staff was super responsive and help make it right.
