The apartment was awesome! Centrally located to restaurants, car rental and right in between airport and cruise terminal. Being right on the beach looking out from the balcony to the ocean was beautiful. Beach access from the building was a plus. 3 bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our family. Would definitely book this again’

Great vacation spot

The room was well stocked and clean. It offered great views out of every room. The pool area and beach was very nice. We enjoyed our stay here. It is convenient to the Walgreens and plenty of restaurants.

Fantastic Place

Great location, Beautiful property. My only complaint is that we didn't book for longer! Listing was just as described. Would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing view, better than advertised. While we were there, a water shortage was ongoing (with rationing in place) but that wasn’t the owners fault. The amenities are also better than advertised (cleanliness of pool and quality of beach). I would only say that the general wear and tear that’s visible in the unit is something that doesn’t quite come across on photos. Also, the street that the unit is on is pretty run down. But overall, would stay again.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re very glad you enjoyed the amazing views, beautiful beach, pool, and overall stay. Regarding the regional water rationing due to unusual weather conditions, we notified you the day after the governor announced it. We offered a full refund if you chose to cancel, or a partial refund if you chose to stay. You chose to stay and received a partial refund. During the rationing period, the building provided approximately 14 hours of water daily at scheduled intervals, and we also supplied two refillable 5-gallon water containers. We’re sorry that this regional emergency affected your visit, and we truly appreciate that, overall, you would stay with us again.

Great location

Really enjoyed our stay. Terrific location. Walk right out to the beach. Place was just as advertised. Big pool. Only drawback was the noise on the weekend nights. Loud.

Amazing views of beach and San Juan! Steps away from the beach. Spacious condo with great views. Condo needs some TLC but is in a great location. Walgreens across the street was a life saver!

Beautiful view

We loved staying at this unit. Its view was just amazing. The only downside is the noisy street lol. Not a big issue but Puerto Ricans do know how to party day and night

Great location

Beatrice is excellent to deal with and responds quickly. There were beach chairs, basketballs,and many other beach toys that were very appreciated. You can also rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach.The tips she gives are excellent and very extensive.

Amazing place to stay

15th floor end of the wing so had views three ways, even from the balcony. I sat on the balcony anytime we were back at the place. Ocean view and could see the hole beach probably a mile each way. Great restaurants nearby. Easy to get Ubers to other places we wanted to be. Nice big outdoor pool right out back before the beach for the kids to play in besides the non stop wave pool they had a blast in the ocean! Just one funny comment: The dryer door was dangerous. Lol. Trying to get laundry from washer up into the dryer we kept getting bumped in the head. 🥰 we hope to come back and stay here again.
