Cute and cozy and clean! We traveled from Topsail Island, NC for a family wedding in Sparta. Our dog loved it too! The host greeted us after the wedding and had a fire going for us to relax under the stars. The local diner for breakfast was great as well as the State Park for a hike. Wish we had more time....

Great Stay in Cottage

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Vladimir was a premier host who was consistently supportive and ensured that we had everything that we needed during our stay. Accommodations were very clean. Very quiet location. We are very glad to have found this on VRBO.

Exactly as advertised

This location was as advertised and convenient to all the area has to offer. It was a great home base and the owner was very accommodating and lovely.

Do not waste your time and money, you will be very disappointed

Strong smell of mildew, the floor was soft felt like we were going to fall through the floor. View from window was terrible, all i could see was trash and junk...refrigerator plugged into shared outlet, very unsafe. I would have been better sleeping in my car....

Lovely Spot

I liked the feel of the property and the host is welcoming and accommodating. I liked being in the center of Hopatcong and just a short drive away from great amenities in Roxbury/Succasunna.

Great Location for a getaway

Rustic quiet cozy place. Table ashtray amd chairs provided Oppertunity available to grill outside. Host lives nearby and easy to communicate with.

Lake Hopatcong is a unic place for relaxing nad enjoy it's beauty.

This property is a perfect place for relaxing and be away from City life for few day or week. We meet a friendly owner and friendly neighbor to. We had a good time here.

The cottage was very tiny, but neat and clean. We only stayed the one night as we were in town to see a friend play at a restaurant nearby! We will certainly stay again if we should ever be in town again!

Our tiny cabin on the hill

Our stay was very pleasant as the property provided everything we needed for the week in terms of good sleep, possibility of preparing breakfast and even meals (big clean refrigerator, burner, micro, coffee maker, utensils and outside barbecue. Bathroom with hot water. Living room with new TV and plenty of channels. Much appreciated strong WiFi. Great communication with the host. Would definitely use again.

Review of Cottage

Vladamir was very nice and available. The property is exactly as it looks online. It's basic but is clean which is what we wanted. The water was hot, the heat worked well and the atmosphere is cozy.

Perfect!

It was great stay in the perfect location for us. Vlad was VERY accommodating. There was also access to a firepit that was lit every evening during our stay. The amenities didn't mention the little electric double burner for when you want to want to cook for yourself - we were so happy to find that! We can't say enough about it and will refer to our friends for sure!
