Welcome to Lee's House! Newly renovated 3 bedroom /1 bath with a beautiful deck to enjoy the lake view. Less than 1 hour from NYC, enjoy your staycation in this newly updated home with a beautiful lake view while creating wonderful memories. Walking distance to some of the lake's top attractions such as Jefferson House, Windlass, Alice's, Miss Lotta, Lake Hopatcong Adventure Co & Golf Club. Lee's House is newly renovated with a bright & airy feel and we can't wait for you to experience it! There are 3 bedrooms. The 1st floor master bedroom sleeps 2 with a king bed. On the 2nd floor, the first bedroom sleeps 1-3, with a bunk bed that has a twin on top, and 2 twins or 1 king on the bottom (your choice). The other bedroom sleeps 2, with a queen bed and walk-in closet. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan. We are a child-friendly unit, if you need of a Pack n' Play and/or highchair, please let me know and we will have it setup upon arrival. Enjoy the spa-like bathroom with a bubble bath or a separate standup shower - your choice! Get cozy in the living room on the sleeper sofa (turns into a queen-size bed) while enjoying the electric fireplace, 55" Smart TV and overlooking the lake across the street. We offer Disney+ & Hulu to all our guests, feel free to log into your own accounts for other streaming services. The eat-in kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen tools & essentials. As a chef myself, I wanted to make sure one has the tools to make anything they want to. If there is something specific you are looking for, please reach out to me! Ready to BBQ? We have an outdoor dining table, dinnerware, and a grill ready for you. We also have an outdoor firepit. There is no street parking. There is a designated driveway which can hold a 2-car max. NOTE: If you have more than 2 cars, please reach out so I can coordinate prior. We are located within minutes of lake activities for you to enjoy. Walking distance to some of the lake's top attractions such as Jefferson House, Windlass, Alice's, Miss Lotta, Lake Hopatcong Adventure Co & Golf Club. There are multiple marinas within minutes driving where you can rent a boat or launch your own. We are 5 minutes away from Lee's Marina, another park where you can launch your boat for a daily fee. The best place to swim is at Mt Arlington Beach or Hopatcong State Park. Please check out my guidebook for more marina & swimming locations in the area. Looking for a memorable experience? We offer culinary experiences such as a private chef to make a birthday dinner even more special, have a ladies night with wine & chocolate dessert making, or order custom treats/charcuterie boards. Please reach out to me for more details. Note: Have more than 6 guests? Ask me about renting our cottage that is also located on the property (max up to 10 guests). We also have another location in the area that can accommodate up to 4. Please contact me if interested. I live 5 minutes away, so know the area well and am available for anything during your stay. Guests have use of the entire unit except for the basement and cleaner's closet, which are locked. You have full access to the backyard and deck. Please note the property is shared with a guesthouse and a studio, in which access is not permitted (unless you are renting it too). Smoking is not permitted in the house. You can smoke outside in the backyard and deck. If you need anything, please do not hesitate to reach out. I am local to the area and happy to answer any questions you have. Peaceful lake community with many activities to enjoy around the lake. We are across the street from lake, yielding a beautiful water view. The house is located on a very private block, so we ask you respect our neighbors. We have a no party/event policy and quiet hours after 10PM. Walking distance to some of the lake's top attractions such as Jefferson House, Windlass, Alice's, Miss Lotta, Lake Hopatcong Adventure Co & Golf Club. Have your own boat? No worries! You can launch from the marina (for a fee). In less than 5 minutes you will be near swimming, boating, great dining, farms & wineries, watersports, mini golf, and more! It is best if you have a car to get around town. However, the nearest NJ Transit station is 10 minutes away by car. Trains come directly from NY & Newark Penn Stations. You can use Uber & Lyft to get around if you do not have a car, but best to schedule/order a ride ~15-20 minutes ahead of time as they can take a while since we are in a very mountainous area. Lee's House is a peaceful getaway by the largest lake in NJ. The lake is my happy place and I am delighted to share all the beauty this area has to offer with you.

We had a wonderful stay over for a long weekend visiting family nearby. This place was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was very accomodating when the coffeemaker was not working. They quickly replaced it for us which was very nice given that it was during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Would definitely stay there again.

Although the house was old, it was clean and newly renovated in a tasteful manner. All cabinets were clearly labeled and stocked with everything we could need. Location was perfect for an affair we were hosting nearby. I would chose to stay here again if the need arises.
