Cozy Lakefront House with a private dock and lakefront.

Get away from you daily stress to a spectacular lake views from this cozy, family-friendly, 4 bedroom, 2 bath home in the award winning Lake Hopatcong community. This home sleeps 8 comfortably plus there are two additional pull out sofas for 4 more people . There’s a large rear deck and a porch facing the lake. Large sliding door with lake view. in our main living room/dining room. All of this with a private lake access.

The following amenities are included in the price of the stay at no additional charge:
• The property has private lake frontage with a private lake access, and during the warmer months enjoy our private dock
• High speed wireless internet
• Clothes washer and dryer
• Parking for three cars available in our driveway
• Linens provided! Clean sheets, pillows, blankets, comforters, bath towels and kitchen towels
• Dishwasher, toaster, oven, coffee maker, Keurig, range, and microwave
• Kitchen is well-equipped
• Screened-in porch.
• Large multi-tiered rear deck overlooking the lake
• Double. pedalboat, fishing rods and life jackets are provided
• A fire pit is located on the property

Location and Attractions:
Property is one hour. or hour and. a half (60miles) or less from New York City and Philadelphia. Only 35 minutes to Jack Frost and Camelback ski resorts, Mt. Airy Casino, Pocono Raceway, and Kalahari Resort and less than 40 minutes to Great Wolf Lodge.

There are many other nearby attractions such as horseback riding, museums, State parks, and much more.



Rooms
There is an open first floor plan with a living room, dining room and kitchen in one large area. This includes a TV and mini foosball table.
The master bedroom has a picturesque window and large closet.
The downstairs bathroom has a shower and other necessary bathroom amenities.
A loft overlooks the living room and fireplace. The loft has a work desk, a sofa and pull-out bed.
The Lakeview bedroom has a large window for viewing and a closet.
The upstairs bathroom has the necessary bathroom amenities and a combination tub and shower.

Cleaning
A cleaning fee of $350 will be charged per stay.

We have keyless entry, and we offer contactless check in and check out.
We offer discounts for longer stays. Please contact us to discuss.

Everything was as described. The deck and view is breathtaking. Would rent again if it was for a week instead of a long weekend. Bring extra towels because only 4 are provided.

Lake house

The views are amazing and the house is great. I do think you need to know there’s a LOT of steps/stairs to get to this home. Outside of that this home and the owners are awesome.

Had great time at lake house. Everything was perfect. Couldn’t ask for better place on the lake. Will definitely come back during summer months.

Great time on NYE

We had a great time staying at this property - the views were amazing and there were multiple takeout options/grocery stores nearby. It can be a little difficult with pets (no sidewalks in surrounding areas, but multiple parks nearby) and I imagine would be difficult with older adults (87 steps to get to property).
