Ocean View + Hot Tub + Beach Access + Pool Table + Fire Pit + Kids Playset

Come relax at our beach oasis with gorgeous sunrise and sunset views from the balcony! The house is located within a two-minute walking distance to the beach. The house includes a hot tub, pool table, outdoor tiki bar, charcoal grill, kids playset, fire pit, washer and dryer and outdoor shower. Perfect for the whole family or a couple's getaway along a quieter portion of Bolivar beach!

- Please note fire wood is not provided for the fire pit, but can be purchased at the Big Store.

Beach access: Bolivar allows cars to drive along the beach. There is DIRECT CAR ACCESS to the beach from our street providing you the flexibility to either walk or drive to find the perfect spot to lounge for the day!

More details about the house:

BEACH GEAR: We provide beach towels, folding chairs to take to the beach, kids beach toys (bucket, shovel, rake, and sand molds), a wagon to carry items to the beach. We recommend bringing additional beach towels if you do not think the amount provided is enough for your party.

PACK N PLAY: We provide the Graco Pack and Play Portable Playard, Push Button Compact Fold.

- The kitchen table can be converted to a pool table if you remove the two wooden planks located on top. You can remove the wooden planks by pulling apart from each long end and setting them aside. No food or drinks are allowed on the pool table.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully stocked with the following items:
- Cooking and Baking: Pots and pans, bakeware, steak knives, mixing bowls, cutting boards, citrus squeezer, wine opener, blender, rice cooker, etc.
- Coffee Station: Whole bean and ground coffee, coffee grinder, coffee filters, french press, traditional coffee pot and a Keurig. Please note we do not provide any K-Cups for the Keurig.

Each bedroom has its own TV and Roku.

Outdoor furniture: Downstairs contains a tiki bar with stools and a large picnic table.
- There is a charcoal grill located on the ground floor between the tiki bar and outdoor shower. Grilling utensils can be found in the kitchen drawers. Please note we do not provide any charcoal.
-The upstairs deck contains multiple chairs, a table and jenga blocks.

GAMES: Board games can be found in the bedroom closets and inside the tv console. We have family friendly board games and some that are fun for adults. Board games include:
- Jenga (we have both small for inside and large wooden blocks on the deck), Uno, decks of cards, Clue, Dominos, Scrabble, You've Got Crabs, Fact or Crap, Name 5, Skyjo, The Worst Case Scenario Survival Game and Balderdash
- Corn hole and washers. Both are found in the garage.


HOUSE RULES

Please read all house rules prior to making a reservation. Following these rules will ensure that we can maintain a safe and clean environment for our guests. Your reservation implies that you agree to these terms and failure to follow them may require additional charges or a canceled reservation with no refund.

• The maximum number of guests is limited to sixteen (16) persons.
• This is a NON-SMOKING property. Do not smoke inside the house at any time. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Host to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
•Pets are welcome! We just ask that you pick up after them.
• NO PARTIES, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property. If Guest violates this rule, Host is permitted to cancel without a refund and Guests agrees to forfeit the security deposit.
• The lift is not available to guest due to liability reasons.
• If furniture is moved around anywhere inside or outside the house, please return it to its original location prior to check-out.
• A charcoal grill is provided for your enjoyment; however, please note the charcoal is not included. Please grill downstairs on the patio area only. Grilling on the deck is prohibited and against Galveston County ordinance.
• Children must be supervised at all times while on the deck or patio. Children are not allowed to climb any railings. The safety gate at the top of the stairs should remain closed while children are on the deck. You will be solely responsible for any accidents or damage to the property.
• If you go to the beach, please rinse sand off in the outside shower located under the house.
• Do not flush feminine hygiene products, or anything other than what is expected to be flushed down the toilet, it will damage the septic system.
• Do not pour oil, including bacon grease, down the drains.
• Park only on the concrete driveway. Be very careful that you do not hit the pilings with your vehicle.
• If something is accidentally broken, let us know ASAP. (We understand that accidents occur and things can be broken. If this happens, please contact us so we can replace or repair damaged items. However, if damage occurs due to malicious or careless behavior, responsibility for replacement or repairs may be at Guests expense.)
• Please lock doors and windows upon departure.
• If Guest is asked to leave due to irresponsible and bad behavior, no refund will be given for lost days.
• The Hosts of the property do not assume liability for the loss, theft, damage or injury (or death) to persons or their personal property. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the Hosts harmless for any liabilities, theft, damage, cost or expense whatsoever arising from or related to any claim or litigation which may arise out of or in connection with Guests’ use and occupancy of the rental property, including but not limited to claims for personal injury or property damage/loss.
• The beaches at Crystal Beach have no lifeguards on duty. Swimming is at visitor’s own risk.
• Please keep in mind that this is our home and we ask that you respect it as we would respect yours!
