Fully furnished, clean and quiet pool home. Beautiful, large pool, hot tub, sunning area, BBQ, lounge area with fire pit in backyard. Fully stocked kitchen. Utilities and WIFI included. Master bedroom has a king bed, the other 2 bedrooms have queen sized beds. Large tiled shower with rainfall showerhead in master bath. All bedrooms and living room have smart TVs to watch your favorite streaming services (you must have your own accounts). Satellite TV is available in the living room and master bedroom only. Grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. About 5 mins and less than 3 miles away from the beautiful new Havasu Riviera Marina and launch ramps!

Great place to stay

We have done lots of vrbos and thix house by far had everything and more in it that you might need. Bottles of sunsceen, shampoo amd conditioner and lots of cleaning products and dishes etc. The poor was sparkling clean the whole month we were there. I woould definitely book this again and recommend it to anyone.

Nice place to stay

Girls vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool and jacuzzi. Especially since there was a heat wave. Very conveniently located close to London Bridge and surrounding recreational areas.

Our October Trip

A nice house in a convenient location. The owner was great to work with and very responsive and helpful. We wished the pool was heated, we were there in October and the water was just too cold! But otherwise it was a great stay, we’ll definitely be back.

There are no bad days in Lake Havasu!

Beautiful house! Well maintained. Close to hiking, bike trails and grocery store. Management took care of everything and very quick to respond to questions. Well supplied with daily amenities including paper supplies, bottled water and propane, etc. Turn key ready to occupy and enjoy.

Amazing home!

Lisa was very responsive and made everything easy. The house is very well stocked, much more than usual for a vrbo. The back yard is amazing. My only disappointment was that the pool isn't heated and the water was super cold. Overall, I would rent this place again for sure.

First Lake Havasu Trip

Lisa and Bryce’s place was very clean and extremely well stocked. Very close to grocery store and several restaurants. The pictures are accurate. The house was comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood- even though a new house was being constructed close by. Lisa and Bryce were very personable and responsive to any issues. Will definitely return.

Just right

Quiet neighborhood, fantastic house. It was clean and well appointed. It was roomy for us, nice size kitchen, living room, and the bedrooms were nice. The pool and back yard really made for a wonderful opportunity to sit outside and cool off. Nice personal touch to have coffee and drinking water provided. Wonderful spices and condiments. We definitely will come back again and again. Thanks for the great stay.

Our vacation in Lake Havasu

We recently spent a month at this property and I can't say enough on how much we enjoyed it. The first thing we noticed when we arrived was that the place was spotless. Many times when you book in a new city you are always concerned with the location you are staying in, the neighborhood of this property is very quiet and very little traffic. The pictures of the back yard hardly does it justice as it's very beautiful. Lisa our host was very pleasant to work with and responded to any of our questions promptly. I highly recommend this property.

Everything we could have asked for

Fantastic property with plenty of parking for the toys. Communication with Lisa was very prompt and quick responses. We visited friends in another rental and the floors where so dirty my feet where black. It was so nice to realize how clean this house was after that. I will be back to this house soon. Wonderful house convenient to everything!

Absolutely perfect home with an oasis backyard! Multilevel decks and a gorgeous pool to dip into and splash around. We enjoyed meals , games and cocktails under the tiki hut…just perfect. The home came well stocked and even had some surprises which impressed us all. Definitely will return to this beauty! Thanks for sharing your home with us!!

Great property

This property is close to the Bashas' and to the highway for easy access. It is well furnished and well-stocked. (It is as though a friend was inviting you to their home and thoughtfully left basic food supplies, spices, canned goods etc. for you to use as well as bathroom toiletries and cleaning products. ) Although it was too cold to swim in January, we enjoyed the view of the pool and sometimes it was warm enough to eat lunch outside poolside. Lisa was easy to work with and answered questions very quickly. Highly recommended.
