Great Family Spot

This place was amazing. The pictures don't do it justice. Right on a peaceful flat beach, close to great food and activities. The condo was clean with updateed appliances. Everything was well cared for and made for a wonderful beach trip!

Girls trip

We loved the overall of this stay. The only part that was difficult was there was very poor instructions. When we arrived the code did not work to open the door. We were able to call the owner and after several calls he gave us the currect code to get in. There was no other instructions about parking we had to figure that out by asking other guest. The code to the down stairs door was not given to us, once again we had to ask other guest. There was no instructions on the expectations of departure process. The places was very nice and location was great.

Awesome Condo on the beach

We started looking at pictures over a year ago. The pictures for this condo are exactly what you will see when you open either sliding door to listen to the waves on the beach or to let he sea breeze in. The rooms were clean and had everything you would need. The hosts responded to any questions we had and were easy to work with. If your plans include being close to the beach with a stress-free condo, this is the place for you!

Annual Vacation to Myrtle Beach 2025

The condo is exactly as described in the add and very welcoming when you arrive, it has that feel that you are home once you drop your bags. The kitchen is well equipped for creating any meal you feel like creating, the fridge is clean and a nice size if you want to stock it for your stay. We were there for 2 weeks and cooked plenty of meals. The living space is comfortable and the balcony is a great place to have morning coffee on the chairs they have provided. Michael and Maria are great hosts that really care about you having a great stay. If you have any issue they are quick to get it fixed and they communicate with you which is something we appreciate. They treat you like you are family and we appreciate that very much. This was our 2nd stay at their beautiful condo and won't be our last. If your thinking about a stay here you will not be disappointed.

Spring Break 2025

Mr. Michael was an exceptionally kind and accommodating host. He was easy to reach, very friendly, and welcoming. The condo was perfect for our stay and met all our needs during our visit. I will definitely consider booking this condo again in the near future. I thoroughly enjoyed the location, as well as the overall experience. Everything was clean, modern, and well-maintained.

Great place to stay

We had the BEST time staying at this property. It’s exactly as advertised. It’s clean & comfortable. It had everything we needed! My granddaughter loved the pool. Place is very secure. Everyone was friendly and accommodating.

Wonderful Stay

This unit is beautiful. It was spotless clean when we arrived. The decor is modern and beachy - the furniture and beds very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. The ocean view was perfect. We were not disappointed in any way with our stay. A big thank you to the owners for making their condo available for our beach vacation.

1. Had trouble locking door on exit 2. Furniture and floors were quite dirty - dusty and sandy 3. 3 different tv remotes but no instructions 4. Small bathroom water drains clogged (owner notified) 5. Facility was very nice and the $ rate was reasonable 6. WIFI instructions were spot on

It was nice. I liked the layout and decor and that it was Ocean front. I do wish I had know before I got there that I needed paper towel, toilet paper, dishwasher pods and garbage bags.

I’ll Be Back

We all loved it! Its on the 11th floor, so the view is awesome! We watcher dolphins play from the balcony, with plenty of comfortable seating! We only had one issue, and the owner contacted us immediately and all was good. Super nice, clean and beautiful stay.

Perfect is just right!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a property managed by Michael and Maria, and I couldn’t be more happy with the experience. The instructions and information provided about the location, check-in/check-out process, room codes, and parking passes were incredibly detailed and helpful. The location was easy to find, and the room was exactly as advertised. The photos were spot on. The condo is right on the beach, which was amazing. The two pools on the property (one indoor and one outdoor) were clean and spacious, and there was a nice hot tub (inside) too. Plus, it wasn’t overly crowded, which made our stay even more relaxing. The unit itself had very spacious rooms, and the TVs were a great size for watching movies or catching up on shows. Everything was very clean and stocked with all essentials. The bathrooms were updated and spotless as well. As a very last minute decision we wanted to extend our stay. Mike made it happen quickly and painlessly. He is easily one of the best hosts with whom I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business. I’d recommend this place to anyone. It’s spacious enough to accomodate 6 people with ease. Whether it's a family on vacation or a few friends looking for a relaxing atmosphere, this place has it covered. I would stay at this property again with no hesitation, and I’ll keep an eye out for any others hosted by Michael and Maria.

Maria has been in healthcare for many years and continues to work part-time at Prisma Health Hospital,
We have 5 grandchildren who live locally and are our joy.
