Shawn, apologies but we quite clearly state in our advertisement that the washer dryer is only available during the week. The on-site host lives upstairs with her family and they work during the week so weekends are reserved for their use. There is another rental unit on the property so it’s quite possible that the other guest had utilized the washer dryer on Monday. We do have plenty of units that are larger and standalone that do not share washer dryers but if you want to stay in a studio in San Diego, you are likely going to share amenities. Regardless, a simple message to either ourselves or the on-site host would have alleviated the situation on Monday immediately, but obviously you chose just to complain rather than seek a solution. The reality of it is host can do everything in the world but we can’t do anything if you don’t raise the issue with us. . Regards, Vacation Rentals by Aaron

William, sorry you felt it necessary to complain about 2 things that are very clear from our advertisement. We don't advertise any "view" and clearly indicate that the parking is free, unregulated street parking (that is literally only about 300 steps from the unit). Regardless, thanks for the visit. I agree that reviewing the ads for you own specific requirements seems like a good route. We will continue to provide clear and accurate descriptions to support those choices for future travelers.
