We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great and was very comfortable for our group. The unit is a little worn(it could use some upgrades)but overall very comfortable. Sadly, the pool was a little disappointing because it seemed like the filtration system wasn't working very well. We didn't really use it because it wasn't very tempting. Overall, the size and layout were perfect. The ability to bring our dogs and the proximity to the beach made our stay a good one.

Great location and nice host

The location of the house was nice for the activities we had planned and the host was very communicative. The host has two dogs, one of which barked quite a bit, but it didn’t really bother us much and they were friendly.

Great stay convenient to town

It was well situated, quiet and had all the kitchen equipment we needed. The flowers and furniture in the outdoor space are very welcoming.

Relaxing stay

Our stay was relaxing and comfortable. Loved the fenced yard. The apartment was comfortable and beautifully decorated. It was a great place to stay while in Durango visiting our kids.

Cute bohemian tree casa

Clean, nicely decorated, and conveniently located. Very safe neighborhood, near many places to walk such as restaurants, convenient stores etc. The casa had many extras such as coffee, spices, toiletries, and towels/bathroom items were stocked up. The outdoor area was beautiful with wisteria, flowers, and a cute walkway. Would definitely stay again! Thank you so much!!

Enjoyed our stay!

Enjoyed our stay at Timothy's casa...very clean and comfortable. The shaded outdoor seating in the fenced yard was a bonus as was being able to love on his two adorable French bulldogs. Great location--in walking distance to many places or a very short drive to others. We'd be happy to stay there again!

Relaxing short stay

Enjoyed sitting out under the wisteria on the patio, eating meals and playing games. Manager, Timothy was engaging and helpful. Definitely would stay again! Pet friendly!

Convenient to town with a great patio!

This property is close to town and trails. It has a lovely outdoor patio with shade provided by blooming wisteria that everyone enjoyed immensely! It’s walking distance to bakeries and coffee shops. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome stay!

The place was bigger than it looked online. There were so many unexpected details… hooks, extension cords, many towels, lamps. Just a great, homey and comfortable place in a great location.

Quiet Setting in Town

The house was situated perfectly for our needs. The house was perfectly situated minutes from fort Lewis College soccer fields. The neighborhood was quiet and the owner was very friendly. If you are looking for a home away from home this is your place.

Great cozy escape

The house is situated in a great location, not far from main street downtown and Purgatory Ski resort. The owner was very friendly and I enjoyed our conversation over a late night fire. We would definitely stay there again.

Short vacation

They had everything you would have at your own home. We were able to cook every meal we wanted. Washed our clothes the night before we headed out. Would stay again.

Family reunion/ memorial

I enjoyed my stay at the Bohemian Tree Casa. There was ample space for myself and my daughter and son-in-law plus my dog. The kitchen was well-equipped, bedrooms were clean, smartly decorated, and comfortable and the patio and yard were beautiful and relaxing. I would definitely come stay here again and recommend to others. Thank you to my host who was always responsive and polite.
