Relax in the patio and enjoy the beautiful views of the backyard, canal, and the water.
Updated house with fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful ceramic tile flooring and recent interior painted. Home is in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking spaces.

Outside kitchen includes grill, refrigerator and table with high chairs.

2 Smart TVs. Comcast WI-FI.

Outside kitchen, outside table with chairs, beach chairs are available for guests.
Central air, washer/dryer. Plenty of linens and towels for guests.
2 Smart TVs and WI-FI. City water.
Dining table for 10 people.
Heated pool with sun shell.
Please note that owner maintains pool temperature between 80-82F.

Great!

The house, the view out back, and the pool—everything was perfect. It was the ideal place to relax after a day at the beach or exploring the area. The kitchen was great for preparing meals, and the neighbors were friendly. Overall, it was an excellent stay! We were very satisfied and highly recommend this house for a vacation rental

Wonderful vacation

We had a wonderful vacation and stay at your VRBO. It was quiet and peaceful exactly what we needed. We were able to have family over to enjoy our visit with them.

The worst vacation rental experience I vave ever had

Dishware Claim: Shortly after our departure, the owner filed a claim against our security deposit, alleging damage to the dishware. However, we never used the dishware during our stay. It was frustrating and disheartening to be falsely accused of something we didn't do. It seemed like a deliberate attempt to hold onto our security deposit unfairly. Lack of Communication: Throughout the booking process and our stay, the owner's communication was subpar. They were slow to respond to our inquiries and provided limited information. This lack of communication made it difficult to address any concerns promptly. We would have appreciated better responsiveness and clarity from the owner. Inadequate Documentation: The owner failed to provide a comprehensive inventory or documentation of the property's condition upon our arrival. Without such records, it became challenging to dispute the false claim effectively. It seemed as though the owner was purposely taking advantage of the situation due to the absence of evidence. Unprofessional Conduct: The owner's conduct throughout the entire process was unprofessional. Instead of engaging in a respectful and honest dialogue, they immediately resorted to accusations and filed a claim without proper investigation or evidence. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the owner's integrity and professionalism. Lack of Trust: This experience left us feeling uneasy and skeptical about future VRBO rentals. It is disheartening to
