Enjoy views and spectacular sunsets over the Gulf from the furnished balcony of this elegant, sixth-floor beach condo. Inside this beautiful and sunlit vacation rental, you'll find a well-equipped, full kitchen, an adjacent dining area, and an inviting living area with a comfortable sofa and a TV for streaming all your favorite channels. Additional features of this condo include central air-conditioning, a desk and chair in the main bedroom for remote work or schooling, and plenty of beach and pool towels.

On-site, you and your guests will have access to a variety of deluxe resort amenities including a shared and heated, rooftop pool, hot tub, fitness center, and easy beach access. And for dining options, visit the Beachfront Bar and Grille for casual lunches, and be sure to check out Sale E Pepe, a AAA Four Diamond restaurant, for fine Italian cuisine, amazing Gulf views, and a lively lounge scene for before or after dinner cocktails.

This property is conveniently close to fishing charters, rental services for jet skis, kayaks, golf carts, and bicycles, dolphin and everglade tours, a movie theater, and yoga on the beach!

Things to Know
Please know that the HOA requires additional documentation for service animals. Please see notes sent after booking in the confirmation email on how to contact the HOA as you must have the service animal registered before check-in.
The fitness center is currently unavailable until further notice.
Valet parking is now optional - it is included in the guests' resort fees.
This vacation rental does not have access to laundry facilities. The nearest laundromat is a mile and a half north.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Property is overpriced. We were promised an Ocean view, but received a view of the street and of construction. The amenities were not available. However, the condo was clean and the location was nice.

Great condo, super convenient to my friends wedding at the JW and perfect beach access. Unfortunately the pool was being renovated but we did know that ahead of time so we were able to hang with our friends at the Marriott. I would definitely recommend staying here and I will stay again in the future.

Do not stay at this unit during the weekdays. They say there is high noise but the noise was so loud we had to vacate the property during the day. It was literally like having a jackhammer in the room. The view out the window is all construction equipment. The property itself was fine, but not during this construction phase.

Really great spot

The apartment was clean and organized. Was very impressed with finishes and furniture. I get why there was a beach chair with the unit, as I never figured out how to arrange for the resort chairs. The balcony overlooking the pool also had a peak at the gulf and was super sunny late in the afternoon. The staff was polite and professional at all times. Quieter than the neighboring resorts, so perfect for relaxing!

Room was great. pretty and well decorated comfy beds. This is not a resort it is a condo complex.. No spa, no activities restaurant situation strange (there is no next door, and a beach cafe), no gift shop. Its on the beach, but no beach chairs or umbrellas available. If you want a beach lounge chair you have to pay the resort next door and they will rent to you for $50/day.

Good stay

Had a great stay with my two adult daughters. Everything was great. The only exception was the lack of being able to rent beach chairs and umbrellas at the beach. Was told we were not allowed to rent. It was quite embarrassing due to the reaction from the resort rentals at the beach. We were blind sided by this. When inquiring about beach chairs and umbrellas ahead of time we were under the impression they were available and not that we were banded from renting at the beach. Everything else was great.

Needs maintenance

Great location. This unit needs plumbing maintenance in the master bathroom. This was noticed immediately. Maintenance came the next day but couldn’t fix. The drain issue was so bad that this had to have been previously noticed by cleaners. The unit is also in need of carpet cleaning.

Disappointed in service level with tropical storm

I never checked in. With the tropical storm and uncertainty of the weather and horrible treatment when I asked for your own policy on disaster relief and accommodations if there were issues at the location, which were never provided and all I was told it would be escalated to the local team, I felt it was unsafe to bring my kids down there.

Family reunion

Everything worked out beautifully. Some specific feedback to improve the experience for future guests... 1. The Rug in the living room is curling up on all sides, very dangerous (tripping hazard). 2. The handle of of the toilet in the guest room stays down (which caused the toilet to run - not great). 3. The fan in the guest room bathroom could be upgrade (super loud). Thank us for finally getting the plumbing fixed.

Read the reviews from months ago about slow drains and sluggish toilets before I booked but figured that someone had surely addressed these issues. After two days of stinking sinks and running toilets finally got someone at Vacasa to authorize a visit from a plumber. He fixed everything in an hour. Amazing! Marco beach is a beautiful condo complex but a little aged. Outlets that don’t work. But it is right on the beach for long walks and close to many restaurants. Beds are great. Lots of nice towels. Pool is very nice. Enjoyed our stay there after things got fixed.

Nice place

We had a great stay here! It was clean and well maintained, although older and showing some wear and tear. It also was slightly misleading- it says ocean view- you can see a sliver of the ocean in the distance but it’s not a great view. It’s on the 6th floor, but the way the floors are numbered, it’s really the 3rd floor (probably part of the issue with the view). It also says there’s a “rooftop pool”- the pool is on the 5th floor, so really pretty close to ground level. It also closed extremely early every night, around 8-8:15. Beach chairs are provided in the room to carry out; be aware that the beach chairs provided for the resort are NOT allowed to be used by anyone renting through Vacasa. Overall though, these were minor things and we had a good stay. The rental was a good space for us and close to many restaurants, and the beach was beautiful.

Property Nice - Needs Some TLC

Property was nice, but needed some work. The toilet in the 2nd bathroom would run every 5 minutes. The switches did not correspond to any of the lights in the rooms. Some outlets needed replaced as you would plug in the plug and it would fall right out. The kitchen was a little understocked for a family of 4. The gnat problem is a big one. Gnats would come into the living room at night with all windows and doors closed. Gnats were in the pool and hot tub. You could not sit outside on the balcony without getting overwhelmed by the gnats. Beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly.

Nice place but bad service

The room was great and spacious, but we had problems with maintenance that were never fixed. The second bathroom tub didn’t drain, outlets throughout the condo did not work, the second bathroom toilet didn’t flush. We reached out to Vacasa multiple times that went unanswered, no one was helpful and these things were never fixed. Causing 4 people to use one bathroom which was unacceptable for the price we paid. Will not be booking through Vacasa again.
