Welcome to Forever and All Waves, where you'll be treated to convenient beach access, lovely ocean views from the east-facing deck, and a large yard with a private, in-ground swimming pool.

Inside, the inviting floor plan includes a large great room and sunroom. A big TV, a VCR/DVD player, a movie library, and free WiFi are provided as well.

Outside, you and your family can play horseshoes, swim in the pool after a day spent on the beach, and play in the fenced yard. There's an additional refrigerator located in the pool storage cabana and a gas grill for summer barbecues.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October.
The fireplace is not for guest use.
This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Terrific for our large group

Layout is great. 5 bedrooms were good. Kitchen had all we needed with dishes and pots and pans. Pool is wonderful. Outside shower was handy. Easy walk to beach.

Great house

The house was so nice with the pool in the backyard. It is laid out well with 3 full baths which was nice. Extra fridge outside in building with was helpful. We had a blast and there were just enough room for all of us to sit at the table together for dinner!

Pleasant Stay

Our family (10 members total) stayed for 1 week in this house. We loved the location to the beach and the public beach access. House was very clean and plenty of space. Only suggestion/change was to have outside lighting under the deck by the pool. We wanted to sit outside by the pool and swim at night but were unable to due to no lighting, it would be if they could improve/fix this, so others could swim and sit by the pool at night. Other than that it was a great stay and experience, we will be back. pool light didnt work so we couldn'toutside.

Disappointing

I am not sure where the cleaning services fee goes because the furniture and floors were disgusting when we arrived.The kitchen needs an upgrade- the oven did not work, barely any utensils and the mugs and dishes were chipped.Overall, disappointing given the amount of money we paid and the pictures posted on the site.

The property was nice and good location but it was very dirty. There was dog.poop.all over the yard. There was trash scattered around the property. Inside there were hair balls everywhere. The bathrooms were not clean and there was a dirty razor left. Under the furniture was dirt, a towel, flip flop, and other trash. The T v service was not easy to navigate i will hesitate to use Vacasa again

Location great. Not the cleanest. Pool light falling out with wires hanging out in the pool and liner falling off. The good: Photos matched images posted. Location was excellent. Easy walk to the beach and quick drive to the two local restaurants. The extra fridge and freezer by the pool is a huge perk. The MEH: We knew this house was pet friendly and that is why we booked it. However, there was dark dog hair all over the carpet and couch when we arrived, as well as dog poop all over the backyard. We spent the evening of our first night trying to vacuum the hair up and picking up all the dog poop. The house itself was not very clean. Some sand is to be expected, but cookware and counters needed to be wiped down. Kitchen utensils and cookware are on short supply so make sure you stay on top of your dishes. The BAD: The pool liner was falling off in 3 places AND the pool light was hanging out - you could see the wires. As a pool owner, this is incredibly unsafe. It seems the electric to the light was turned off somehow, but because we weren’t sure how this was done, it made us feel really uneasy to have kids in the pool with this wires submerged and free in the water.

Not sure who to blame the Vacasa or the homeowner.

House needs some updates and regular maintenance. There is plenty of seating inside and out and the beds are comfortable. Dealing with Vacasa when the AC stopped working was a nightmare. And don't use the grill unless you check to make sure it's clean. We had a little bit of a grill fire and ruined some expensive meat. The pool was kept chean by a pool company that came twice during the week. We will not be staying at a Vacasa property ever again.

Horrible experiemce, still no resolution

I thought it would be a great idea to bring all my friends and family together in one of Vacasa”s Sandbridge beach houses for a long thanksgiving weekend of food, football and fun. We arrived on November 27th, unloaded everything into the house and found there was no internet or cable. Notified the house manager messaging who told me they were working on it and would let me know. Discovered the next day the entire cable line was cut and wrapped with caution tape. I called/texted every day but no one tried to HELP resolve the internet issue. On further inspection, the house had clearly not been inspected between guests to ensure all the amenities on the listing were available. Decorations were still hanging from the previous guests, the windows and indoor lights were filthy, and ceiling grates were clogged with dirt and dust. Several of the outside fence boards were broken and we didn’t think it would be safe to let our dogs out, especially with the neighbors dogs.When a maintenance man arrived on Friday, he laughed at the situation and said he really couldn’t do anything but the owner had to have known there was no cable. Two of my guests couldn’t use the internet for work on Friday and had to cut their trip short and go back home to do their work. FaceTime calls couldn’t be made on Thanksgiving not to mention no parade or football game traditions. We also ended our trip early. Horrible experience with zero resolution. How can a business operate this way?

Lovely beach house

the property was fine, would recommend a refrigerator with an ice maker ( the controls for the freezer can be read) Local staff helped with the garbage issue. Plenty of space for 12 people to enjoy being together without being on top of each other.

The location of this home was great for young kids, and the pool functioned fine, with adequate space for our party for 4 adults and 2 kids. Sadly, there was a lot of disrepair in this home, including sliding door rusty not working, broken outdoor gate, boards with rusty nails in the front yard, broken closet door, drains failing to drain properly making us shower in standing water daily. In addition, the cleaning job was terrible on arrival and left us with dirty linens, as well as unswept under beds/furniture, wrappers on the floor and an unemptied pail of baby diapers in the laundry.

Big disappointment

This property is not well kept. If you like staying in a clean/not run down home then find somewhere else. In fact- run far from booking with Vacasa at all. We confronted them about our concerns within 2 hours of arrival (one example: black mold AC units) and they said they would alert their team.. that was the last we heard from them all week.

Disappointing

I loved the layout of the house with a room for our dogs. But the air conditioning broke, the decking was not secure, the house was dirty, there was dog poop all over the back yard, the garbage from the last tenants was still there, the sliding glass door wasn't working, and response to our requests was less than quick. Shame on you. Poor homeowner that trusts you with their home.

Forever and All Waves - Sandbridge, VA

We loved the proximity to the beach and the pool was a nice addition. The bedrooms had nice furniture and storage space. There was plenty of room for three generations with a large dining table and two living room areas. But we were disappointed in the upkeep of the property itself. The outdoor area had broken toys and pool equipment laying around in the yard, the pool liner itself was peeling at places, and no outdoor lights around the pool for nighttime swimming. There was a small pool house with a refrigerator inside which was nice for afternoons at the pool but the pool house itself was dirty and had remnants of previous renters, leftover plastic cups, broken pool toys, etc. The glass of the sliding door to the deck was horribly stained, was difficult to open, and appeared to have mold growing on it. Overall we were disappointed with the quality of the home for how much it cost for the week.
