This home includes a remodeled kitchen with granite countertops. Enjoy extraordinary views of the Atlantic Ocean from this oasis by the sea. This oceanfront home has a private pool and a nice east-facing deck to enjoy. Ocean Oasis also offers convenient access to Little Island State Park, with a fishing pier, tennis courts, basketball courts, covered picnic areas, a lifeguarded beach, a surfing beach, and a very nice playground. It's a great place to spend your summer vacation!

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

NOT a Good Choice for Your Next Vacation

It's a beat up old beach house, cramped quarters with a serious bug problem. It sways a bit, showing it's age. It's really only and single floor with a room added at ground level which is hard to keep cool. The beach is crowded because of the condo's and nearby public access.

This is a great beach house! We have stayed here 4 times and it has everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked, the furniture is comfortable (noticed they put in new memory foam style mattresses), the decor is nicely beachy without going too far, and the view is amazing. As to be expected in rental properties, especially at the beach due to extreme weather conditions, the house is not in perfect condition. But it is still really nice nonetheless. We love it and will go back.

Nice trip

Nice views for sure. Inside of house was very clean. Screened in porch still had pollen on all furniture along with dirt and what appeared to be pet hair. Could not use door lock number assess but did have backup lock with key in it. Key was hard to get in and outbof lock.

Wonderful family trip

We wanted a nice family weekend to relax and this place was perfect!! Easy to get to, clear instructions, very clean and maintained well! Beautiful views! I’ve recommended this place to all my friends and family! We will definitely stay here again.

Great Spot for Family Vacation

The view is fantastic and this house has the most well-equipped kitchen of any I've ever stayed in! The pool is great. Beds are comfy. When we discovered an invasion of ants in the living room, kitchen, and screened porch, the staff sent someone out quickly. He did all he could and said a pest control company would be sent out. This improved the situation quite a bit, but pest control did not come while I was there. One toilet ran continually and was fixed in 2 days. Here are some things I'd like to see improved: The dishwasher was detached from the counter. It worked fine, but the bottom rack tended to roll out of the washer. The toaster did not work. The light over the range was on when we checked in and we never figured out how to turn it off. Directions for the living room TV would be helpful - there are 3 remotes there. All that said, my family will return to Ocean Oasis!

Family vacation

The location of this property is perfect. The views are beautiful. The house is in need of many updates, but was big enough for my family, 10 adults & 2 babies. The house also needs a thorough cleaning & to be cleaned better weekly. As for check-in, we did not get in for able 2 hours after check-in time. This posed a problem with babies & a grocery order that was to be delivered.

Beautiful Ocean Oasis

Ocean Oasis is a perfect home to book for your family. We went with our family of five, another family of four and our parents. It’s a smaller home that is great if everyone is ok with being close together. The rooms are separated out nicely for families to spread out but you can definitely tell once someone wakes in the morning. The kitchen has everything you need, bathrooms are spotless and beds comfortable. The rooms with the queen beds can accommodate a pack and play easily. The pool was beautiful but cold for late May - kids of course did not care! The home is located towards the end of the street and was very quiet during the day and evening. Walking distance to a great restaurant and bar (Baja) and the direct beach access was incredible. We had a wonderful time and will visit again.

spring break with 2 families

We loved the view and immediate access to the beach. The living/dining is spacious and a great set up. We were so happy being there the whole time. Our only concerns were with the deck/screened porch needing taken care of to be safe for bare feet/toddlers and the dryer wasn’t working so made hard to do laundry. Overall, i’d definitely recommend and would go back again!

The place was right on the water. The view was great. My suggestion for staying more than two nights on a beach is guests get more than one towel, and more than one roll of toilet paper each. It was a great stay and my family truly enjoyed it.

Ocean Oasis is Awesome!

This is a great house. The ocean views are amazing! Even if the weather isn't cooperating, you can kick back on the covered porch or just look out the living room windows! There was plenty of space for 7 of us to spread out, the pool is great and you are steps from the beach!

Fun week

We had a fun week. The inside of the property is much older and worn than pictures show. The location is great. We had to shovel and sweep a lot of sand from parking area and walkway. Pool was nice with a shade area for those who need to limit their sun time. Upstairs exterior door handle is broken, hard to use. Musty smell on first floor, air vents need cleaned throughout the property. Our expectations were higher for the price. We enjoyed our first visit to Sandbridge Beach, this property is an easy walk to two restaurants. Grandkids enjoyed being on the beach with access to the pool.

Can’t beat the location, but sadly shabby

The house could definitely use a thorough cleaning, and a lot of repair work on the decking/exterior stairs. One of our party tripped and fell on a warped board. The listing also says two of the rooms have queen beds, and they were not. Those were double beds, and hard as rocks. There was mold around most of the ceiling vents, which you could tell someone attempted to clean at some point as the plaster was coming down from around most of them. The dishwasher had mold inside it (and barely worked). The table was so sticky I couldn’t even get it clean, and covered it with a plastic tablecloth. The pool was full of sand, and the bottom was slippery by Wednesday, as it was obvious no one had cleaned it, tested the chemicals, or added chlorine/algaecide before we checked in. All that said, there was more than enough room for our party of 7, with space left over. The great room furniture was comfortable, the view was amazing, the pool was nice once we called and someone came out to clean it. It’s right near a lifeguard stand, and within easy walking distance of a fantastic restaurant. Hopefully, with Vacasa being new management, it will get fixed up.

Could Of Been So Much Better

Vacasa delayed are staying by a day because they didn’t have enough people to clean the house. Tons of ants in the house. Pool area was not tidy or well kept. Weeds everywhere.
