This fully remodeled 1-bedroom beachview villa on the 2nd floor offers stunning ocean views and direct beach access. Owned and managed by a superhost, the villa is designed for both comfort and style. This 518-square-foot retreat accommodates up to 4 guests, making it an ideal getaway for couples, small families, or friends seeking the perfect Hilton Head Island escape.

• Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, K-cup and traditional coffee makers, plus all essentials for preparing meals or morning coffee before heading to Hilton Head’s fantastic restaurants
• Custom quartz breakfast bar doubles as a dining space or workspace
• Spacious deck with high-top table & chairs for dining while enjoying the view
• Two flat-screen TVs with Roku for seamless streaming entertainment and cable TV

Sleeping Arrangements

• Luxurious king-size bed in the open bedroom area
• Junior bunk beds in a cozy hallway nook with privacy curtains (best for kids under 12)
• Queen sleeper sofa with an upgraded mattress in the living room

Host was very responsive from booking until the day we checked out. The place is very clean, in a great location, and we loved the bikes! It was great being steps away from the beach and a walk or bike ride to get groceries, breakfast, lunch, dinner, ice cream! We’ll definitely stay again, thanks!!

Great location!

This property is in a great location with easy access to the beach and many restaurants in the Coligny Plaza area. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We highly recommend this property and hope to visit again in the near future.

Amazing Location and Space

We have stayed on this property before, but this villa has by far the best layout. Very spacious. All the amenities were great! Meg was responsive to the few questions we had. We will be booking this location again!

Perfect!

We couldn’t have been more pleased than we were with this condo. Older complex but the condo has been renovated and is very nice. Perfect location and the included bikes makes it easy to get around. Meg was very informative and helpful. We definitely will be staying here again!

Lots of codes to remember. Thought bikes were on cheaper side with no hand brakes and one speed gear. Rode well in sand though. Otherwise great stay! Clean. Great location and accessibility to beach. Owner is easy to work with! Works to make sure you have a good stay.

My husband and I stayed here for 6 days. Clean, cozy condo directly on the water, great location with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Morning sunrises absolutely amazing. HHI Getaway

We came to HHI for a weekend wedding and to have a little beach time as well. This property was great for my wife and I! The easy beach access and the included bicycles were a real plus for us. The property was convenient to many things and the bicycles were in great working order and a lot of fun to ride on the beach. The location was in a very quiet area with plenty of parking. Communication with the property owner was excellent. Overall, we had a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to rent this location again.
