Hi there! Thanks for checking out our home! We own a couple other units at this building Ocean Dunes and love the location as well as the amenities it offers. Take advantage of the discount provided to the first three reservations and come enjoy Hilton head ! Hilton Head Island is waiting for you at this 1-bedroom condo. Inside, guests find a terrific king bed and a cozy living room with a sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. I newly updated kitchen, which is much larger than most units at this complex will make every meal a delight! The bathroom features a refreshing shower and a handy hair dryer. Cool off with air conditioning throughout the space, making every stay comfortable. This adorable condo offers a brilliant blend of convenience and charm. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

Great view and beach access. Condo was clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. Enjoyed our stay! Even saw deer in the dunes from the balcony.

Beautifully updated condo with every kitchen amenity! Sitting out on the balcony watching the sunrise or anytime throughout the day is relaxing with the stunning view.We shall return!

Bedroom was comfortable save two small details. The room is bright at night and if the hvac kicks on it is loud enough to wake you. Beyond those things it is a great location and well kept.

Thank you for the review! We have added curtains to the bedroom and the ptac can be set on a low fan setting which helps to make it quieter.

Great location and nice quiet spot right on the beach. Great view from balcony, very comfy but small place. However, very very basic supplies and amenities - I've never rented a beach condo before that didn't have a little stash of basic beach stuff; couple of small chairs, towels etc. were not included. Paper goods were basic and cheap, and we needed to buy more just for a 4 night stay. Bedroom was dark during the day (permanent exterior shutters), but also let light in at night with no curtains to block that off. All in all we enjoyed our stay and I would go back if the price was right. Host was very responsive and communicative.

The property and view is beautiful! We were able to check in an hour early, although the cleanliness wasn’t ideal. There was a dirty/wet towel still in the bathroom, toothpaste and toothbrush in the bedroom cabinet, and long hair still on the toilet. The bedroom cabinets were stuffed with overflow from the kitchen, including trash bags and cleaners. The condo has bare minimum for appliances, and only includes beach chairs without towels and or a cooler. We stayed for 3 nights and were only each given 1 towel and 1 face cloth for the trip. There is also a side gate that you must inquire about for code access, along with a bathroom along the fence. The property was beautiful, but I think I would book again under a more experienced owner.

Thank you for your review. We apologize for the items missed and would have been happy to send our cleaners back to address the items of concern. The cleaners provide 2 towels, hand towel and wash cloth per guest which is explained to you in the check in guide.
