We love Grand Villas k3!

This is our 4th stay at the Grand Villas and 2nd stay in k3. We've had wonderful experiences each time. The location is great! The condo has fantastic amenities for families with kids (coffee pot and Keurig, crockpot, air fryer, plenty of dishes and utensils). We have found the owners to be very responsive with questions and the booking/check-in process is super easy. Thanks for another great stay!

Excellent location

My husband, daughter and grandchildren plus my sister and her family stayed in this condo. It was spacious, well equiped and comfortable. We really enjoyed the balcony. Up the beach we were able to see one loggerhead sea turtle come up from under the sand and go into the sea. A very special vacation

Wonderful week

This condo is beautiful. The view of the beach and the pool is gorgeous. The weather forecast did not look good, but we got out on the beach and in the pool every day! The condo had all of the things we needed to cook meals in, plus some. The only problems I had were not because of the beautiful home - I'm just a bit too old to climb all of the stairs up and down to the beach - but having the chairs and umbrellas available was an added plus and meant we didn't have to carry so much down to the beach. It was a wonderful week! Thank you!

End of Summer Get Away

Indian Beach was everything in the description. Clean and well maintained. Everything a family needs for a weekend retreat or a week+ stay. The convience of location from the pool and private beach access was ideal. Highly recommended for all ages. Can't wait to get back there again during ANY time of the year. Thanks again!
