We loved the property!! The house is beautiful with lots of space for an extended family vacation! It is very private and very quiet! We loved the front porches and the beach access!! The owners have thought of everything to make guests feel at home! The owners are wonderful to work with and communicate extremely well!! 5 stars!!!!

Amazing property! It was beautiful and peaceful. Every bedroom had an ocean view. Couldn’t ask for a better vacation at the beach! The host was also fantastic, checking in to make sure everything was as expected. I would highly recommend!

This is such a wonderful home - each room has an ocean view with a door, the house is well kept, the kitchen is stocked with all items you’ll need, and property owner is very communicative and friendly. Thanks for another wonderful stay - this was our second year staying here!!

The home was extremely clean. The kitchen was supplied with anything you will need. Beds were very comfortable, the view is beautiful. It has pretty much anything you need for a fun day on the beach. The home is overall phenomenal. after a misunderstanding, 10 is the max at any given moment during the stay. I made the mistake of allowing daytime beach guests and this is not allowed. This is a great home for families with 10 members or less. They even provide a crib and changing table. I suggest to any person renting any property to purchase the damage insurance. Unfortunately, we had a bad plumbing incident that was beyond my control.

I reiterated the rules on having a party twice. This was a group of high school teens celebrating after prom with two adults. It would have been fine if outsiders were not invited. There were 11 teens, as far as I could see, inside the house. This, in my opinion, constitutes a party. As far as the plumbing issue, the toilet was fine before their stay. I had just left as they were coming in. The renter stated she had stopped up the toilet, normally not a big problem. But she also stated she had cleared the toilet. In the morning the water was dripping through the ceiling. I called in a repairman; he stated the toilet was full and not clear at all. The problem is that it was let go overnight thus causing a large area of water damage on the ceiling of the below bedroom.

The best views of sunrises and sunsets anyone could ask for. House was super clean and had anything you could think of for a great weekend. The best thing this house is pet friendly so we had our complete family with us!

Lynn, our host, is always a bright spot in our stay. We love her house, and it was clean, well-equipped, and the views of the ocean, beach, sunrise, full moon, and so many dolphins were amazing. She checked in with us the first evening to be sure we had settled in. We had a wonderful time. We'll be back - same time next year!

Beach was awesome as was the property. We come yearly to celebreate our anniversary with our wedding party and this year we were lucky enough to participate in the seafood festival which was an added bonus. I can not say enough about the communication w the property owner. Lynn was incredibly punctual and accurate in all of our communications for which we are very grateful.
