Amazing condo with views of lake and partially gulf for miles from 19th floor at Laketown Wharf. It is amazing new-renovated property with stunning resort pools and hot tubs. There is on-site restaurant, full gym, Tiki bar. Wake up with morning coffee on wrap-around huge balcony, which provides breathtaking views of the ocean, coastline, lake and City, sunrise. So close to a lot of amenities Panama City Beach offers. Leave your car at the 10-floors high parking garage and enjoy your vacation.

City has implemented a new ordinance called a "high impact period," during which they require us to rent to guests aged 21 and older only. That specific period will run from March 28th, 2026, to April 11th, 2026.
During HIP periods primary renter must be 21 years old, ID will be required from every person in the group.

the only good thing about this place was the balcony. everything else was terrible. the rooms never cooled off, things were broken upon arrival, and an hour and a half before checkout there was somebody knocking and yelling at the front door.

I’ll surprise apartment was really nice. Yet we had a hot water issue. There was not enough hot water for everyone to take a shower. We always had to wait. Master bedroom shower is dangerous. You need shower mat on the floor of the shower. Two of us fail because it was so slippery. We didn’t have the access code to the beach that should be in the room.

Great stay

The condo was very spacious, clean, huge balcony, and had a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. We played at the beach and pools, and rented a pontoon for one day. This place is close to anywhere you need to go and has a lot of great restaurants close by.

Great place

Great place. Close to so many popular places. Can walk to most things within 10-15mins. Or less. Elevators are the only downfall. Very slow and busy. You just have to try time things around them. Overall it was a great place. Will definitely be back.
