The Beach Club Catalina 1108 is a 2 bedroom/2 bath luxury condo on the 11th floor with a private balcony and a Direct Gulf View from the living, dining, kitchen area and the master bedroom! The Catalina tower is located "Right on the Beach" at an upscale resort with a sugar white sand endless beach! As a guest in this condo, you will have access to the four sparkling pools with hot tubs at the foot of each of the four towers, three boardwalks with showers that lead to the sugar sand beach and Gulf of Mexico, playground, basketball court and may patron the fine casual dining restaurant at the clubhouse with a full bar & Gulf View or indulge in a massage at the salon & spa at the clubhouse and patron the sports bar and grill, souvenir & beach attire, ice cream & coffee bar near the entrance of the resort.



C1108 has a large, private, furnished balcony, WITH A GRILL, for dining or sipping on something cool while watching the dolphins play in the Gulf, a fully stocked kitchen with full size appliances and granite counters, a king master bedroom that adjoins the balcony and a private bathroom with a separate vanity area, a guest bedroom with full over twin bunk with a twin trundle (Guest room sleeps 4) and a sofa sleeper and a wash/dryer. Condo Sleeps up to 8.



All three beds are made with fresh white linen and a linen set is supplied for the sofa sleeper. There is a modest supply of bath linens and a "one day" supply of basic kitchen and bath amenities/toiletries. Please bring your beach towels, food, disposable paper goods, extra trash bags and detergents for the clothes washer & dishwasher.







Parking passes are included in your quote: 1 vehicle for 1- and 2-bedroom condos, and 2 vehicles for condos with 3 or more bedrooms. Passes for additional vehicles can be purchased for $40 each. Each driver's name is registered with The Beach Club before arrival, and drivers receive their pass at the gate. Each driver should know the condo name and departure date. No trailers or RVs are allowed past the gate.

Loved our stay

Beautiful view from the 11th floor. The master bedroom has the most coziest king bed and the water pressure in the master shower was awesome! We would highly recommend this condo and the amenities at the resort were very nice.

Pros: Right on the beach. Space in the condo was great. The goody box left in the refrigerator is very yummy. Love the big shower in the master bathroom. Condo is exactly as the pictures. Have plenty of towels. Cons: The master bed was a little uncomfortable. One side is high, the other side is in the valley. The sheets were a little dingy. People above us were a little loud, but nobody has control over that. We have been there 2 years in a row. Loved it both times.

Excellent place for a beach getaway

Great Place!!!!

The condo was clean and quiet. Tunis was our 5th trip to the Beach Club. We’ve always been treated well. Dealing with Pam Martin has always been very easy and hassle free.

Nice condo with beautiful view

The condo was very nice and I loved the granite and tile updates the owner did throughout. They provided plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards for fun down at the water. The patio furniture was great for eating our meals and looking out over the ocean at sunrise/sunset. All in all I was very pleased with our accommodations.

Great condo!

We’ve been to the beach club many times and have never been disappointed. This condo was great for our family of 4 and had all the basic amenities we needed. The primary bed was very comfortable there was plenty of living space. The balcony was a good size as some of the other units have smaller ones. The only negative I have is the TVs in the bedrooms… one wasn’t setup and the other needed a new remote. Overall it was great and we would stay here again!

Great week at the beach!

My family and I had a great week staying here! Pam provided clear instructions before hand about check in/out, so there was no need to contact her during our stay! The view from the balcony is awesome! The pool was nice. There were lots of beach items provided in the closets. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc. The resort was a little busier than I expected, even with it being summer since it is so far out. However, we still had a great time! I would stay here again!

This property was well kept and decorated cutely. Beds were very comfortable and nice spacious bathrooms. Starter items got us by till we could make a trip to the very closely located Dollar General. Plenty of cooking pots pans and miscellaneous equipment. Everything we needed for our week minus a pizza pan. But we made do. Loved the location. Far enough out to not be super busy but close enough to gulf shores for shopping & restaurants. Thanks for a very great getaway. Pam was most helpful in setting up and keeping us informed.

Peaceful Retreat

Our condo was beautifully decorated and had the most amazing view. The check-in process was so easy. I highly recommend the spa! Everyone was wonderful, and I didn’t want to leave. The only trouble we had was with the refrigerator not cooling properly. The settings had been changed. By the next morning, all was well. Overall, it was an amazing trip.

Blissful Family Stay

The unit is exactly as described: clean, well maintained, and spacious. Our family of 6 enjoyed every moment and felt very relaxed. The views of the pools, beach and gulf from the unit are breathtaking, and the patio is big enough for everyone to enjoy a meal together sitting around the large table out there. Our four kids comfortably slept in the second bedroom (bunk beds: single on top, queen on the bottom, and a single pull out trundle bed under the queen bottom bunk). We loved having four pools to choose from, which also made the pools not too crowded since people could spread out. The walk to the beach took under a minute and the unit had chairs and umbrellas for us to use. I ran or walked every morning in the small neighborhood that sits in front of the condo buildings. Small area, but picturesque and safe. It was a great way to start each day!

We loved this condo. Pros:Primary bed was very comfy! Bathrooms were updated and clean. A lot of fluffy towels were available. Ceiling fans in every room. AC worked great. Kitchen seems well stocked although we only used a couple of plates and coffee mugs. The owner also sent us a box of goodies that were such a delicious treat! Cons:None. The only thing I would recommend would be for the owner to get a new coffee pot. The regular one was extremely old and kind of janky with a broken lid. There was a Keurig coffee pot too, but we didn’t have any pods. Cushions for outside Adirondack chairs would have been nice too. But I’m just being picky :-)

The Beach Club Amenities: Guests enjoy complimentary access to the outdoor pool and hot tub at their tower, beach boardwalks, charcoal grilling areas, and the resort's restaurants, shops, sports bar, and salon/spa. Optional Clubhouse Guest Passes may be purchased directly from the Clubhouse desk for access to the heated indoor pool, Clubhouse outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, steam rooms, saunas, tennis courts, seasonal activities, and poolside dining. One Clubhouse pass covers all guests staying in the condo for the day. Current 1-day Clubhouse pass rates are $51 for 1-bedroom units, $53 for 2-bedroom units, $55 for 3-bedroom units, $57 for 4-bedroom units, and $59 for 5-bedroom units, with lower daily rates when you buy multiple days. Rates and amenities are subject to change by The Beach Club.
