Casa 3 Leones
The southeast of Mallorca is known for its beautiful beaches and bays. Life is original here but the well organized infrastructure makes the stay in the Santanyi area very pleasant. Restaurants and cafes can be found in the village, children's playgrounds, soccer fields and paddle courts. The market on Wednesdays and Saturdays in Santanyi is very well known and popular across the island.
The holiday home Casa 3 Leones was built in Es Llombards, part of Santanyi, close to the beaches of Es Trenc, Cap Ses Salines and the tranquil bathing bays S`Almunia and Mondrago
The large village house with solid natural stone walls, whose origins go back to the beginning of the last century, has been completely renovated and converted into a comfortable holiday home. The original structure was largely preserved, but brought up to date with the latest technology using modern materials.
It is a finca-style village house with a living space of approx. 220 sqm.
The house offers on the ground floor a spacious, modern living and dining area with AC and an open kitchen that is perfectly equipped. A shower room with guest toilet is available on the ground floor. A living room has been extensively restored and forms the stylish heart of the house. From here there is access to the upper floor, which has 3 bedrooms with AC and 2 bathrooms. Half of the entire upper floor, which extends over different levels, is occupied by the generously sized master room with bathroom ensuite.
The house is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with palm trees, cypresses and citrus trees. The center of the property is the 13 meter long pool.
Various terraces make your stay outdoors pleasant and a covered pool lounge and an outdoor BBQ grill with gas make the property the ideal holiday seat in all seasons.
