There was a foul odor in the living room. Also the space was much more crowded and less functional that it appears in the listing - there is essentially no room to sit down and eat. In addition the location is advertised as lakefront but it is not even walkable to the lake nor are there views of the lake from the windows of the property.

We really enjoyed our stay in Coeur d'Alene at this cozy little cabin! Location was perfect - serene, fresh air and beautiful scenery. We ate our dinner on the deck in the evening and watched the sunset. The accommodations were great and met all of our needs on our trip across the western US. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to all!

What a charming cabin with a great view. A peaceful neighborhood and a setting perfect for relaxing. My girlfriend and I brought our two dogs and we had a great time exploring the area. We ate great food in town, ran along the lake and on local trails, went swimming with our dogs and enjoyed relaxing with the view for sunrise and later in the evening. Just perfect

Relaxing Getaway

We loved our stay. The cabin was perfect for 2 people and our small dog. It’s tucked just far away enough to relax and unwind outside of the hustle of things but close enough to get groceries and see the sights. Would come back again!

Perfect for our little get away. Great kitchen size if you don't plan on eating out 3 times a day and the view is truly beautiful. Don't think it would ever get old!

Perfect little cabin for a couple people to relax. Not too far from town. Mostly quiet, I-90 isn't too far away but the traffic noise is muted a bit.

A++ cabin!

We loved everything about our stay at the cabin. After a long drive from Vancouver, BC, my partner, our two dogs and I were able to instantly relax once we pulled up. The cabin itself had everything we needed, was super clean, and we really got the sense that our hosts wanted to make their guests feel welcome and free. The land around the cabin was beautiful and the dogs were so happy to run around and explore. Communication with the host was excellent--rapid responses to my questions, and very friendly. We only wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you!

Anniversary getaway

My wife and I had a great stay here. It was just far enough away from town to be rustic, and just close enough to visit whenever we wanted. Would recommend and will hopefully visit again.

Misrepresentation

The area around the cabin was beautiful but this cabin was tiny and very antiquated. This is good for a one night stay at best. The shower was like an RV size shower.

Great cabin near Coeur D'Alene lake.

My wife and our two kids had a blast! It is a quiet two bedroom cabin with a view of CDA Lake. We BBQed and roasted marshmallows. We saw deer both days we were there. It had alll the amenities you need. We would definitely stay again!

Very small...

The views from this cabin are great. We had deer walking through the yard several times. However, the full size bed wasn't put together correctly and screws were falling out of the bottom. The bathroom was so small my 6' tall wife and I had difficulty getting on the toilet. If you have mobility issues or even a slightly wider than normal waist, you will not be able to use the toilet. The shower is so small my shoulders touched both sides at the same time. The cabin is nice and quaint, but not the most comfortable for 6 foot tall adults. Our son loved it and the bunk beds. The yard could use some work. The grass was over a foot tall.

My husband and I both grew up in Coeur d' Alene. We have 4 daughters and lots of animals on a little farm in Hayden. My husband bought this property from his grandmother when he was 19 years old. His grandmother raised her two sons (My husbands father, and his brother) right here in this little cabin. There bedroom was the shed! This has been in the family for a long time:) We are so grateful to get to share this beautiful spot with all our guests! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
