The Barn: Quiet, private, close to town, hot tub & spacious views.

The Barn is a cozy getaway, fully stocked and ready for any occasion. Located in Post Falls, Idaho, just minutes from I-90, enjoy spacious views and barn charm with all the conveniences of home.

Open layout on the main floor offers plenty of living space with French doors opening to the back deck. Private covered hot tub (seats 2-4) and is enjoyable year round. Large oversized couch and footstool (twin bed) cozy up to a smart TV with books, games and dvds.

Kitchen is fully stocked with all standard appliances, dishware for 4, coffee, teas, spices, staple food items and basic cleaning supplies.

Spacious bathroom sits next to the laundry area and are both fully stocked for ease and function.

Upstairs loft bedroom boasts a king bed with crisp sheets, down comforter and weighted blanket that you will never want to leave. Large open closet area to store all your items, oversized chair for reading and relaxing. .

The Barn has heat and AC with ceiling fan in loft. Bathroom has additional space heater for warm room showers and baths. High speed dedicated WiFi for entertainment or work. Parking for up to 3, with key code entry.

*Stairs to bedroom is loft stairway, steeper than normal. Blink camera at front door for security. Key code entry.

This adorable little barn was the perfect getaway for us! Clean, cozy, and close to lots of shopping and restaurants. It was very private and secluded. Great opportunity for some R&R. Would love to plan a stay here again. The hosts communicated very quickly and professionally when we had questions. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed every bit of our stay here!

Excellent place for centralized stay in CDA valley.

Jodi was very helpful and the Barn is as advertised. Pictures are accurate and we had everything we needed for a 9 day stay. The location is great to get to any part of the valley from Spokane to CDA without issue.

Perfect!

Lovely, cute, cozy and perfect size for my daughter and I. We really enjoyed our time at the barn. The location was great too! Tucked away and private but close to everything we needed. The bed was soooo comfortable.

Will always be our first choice!

When we visit the area, The Barn will always be the first place we look for! Such a great, quiet retreat. Private access to the rental was well marked and provided a great way to come and go as we pleased. Great location, central to everything we wanted to be by, quiet and newer neighborhood. The comfy bed and weighted blanket made for a great sleep each night. Loved the stocked coffee options. The hot tub had a great view and was easy to relax in. Overall, would highly recommend!

The Barn is not only quiet and private but includes all you need for a long or short stay. Fully stocked with all the necessities and some extras, this is an easy stay whether you are in town for work or play. The hot tub on the back patio overlooks the field and mountains and is covered for enjoyment year-round.
