Unique second floor Private Studio with Coded Locks

Second floor studio with large eat in kitchen and comfortable bedroom/living space. We are situated in a quiet, rural, residential area. Guests have access to outdoor yard space which includes a cement patio space and a gazebo, both with seating, It is an easy, flat, 10 to 15-minute walk to the local country store with deli, a bakery, 2 pizza shops, a farm to table restaurant, library, town historical museum, Post Office, and Dunkin's. Easy access to Rt 91, 5 & 10 and Rt 2. Eight min drive to Greenfield, 15 to Brattleboro, 20 to Northampton, 45 minutes to the five colleges in Amherst. Easy short drive to Northfield Mt Hermon, Stoneleigh Burnham, Deerfield Academy and Thomas Aquinas College. Close to VT and NH and 30-90 minutes to many ski slopes, including Mt. Snow and Berkshire East. Short drive to swimming holes, hiking, cross country skiing, skating rink, canoeing, white water rafting and zip lines. Of course you can also just hang around and relax.

Our stay here was short but so sweet! It was the perfect place to crash for the night -- had everything we could need, and the bed and pillows were notably comfortable. We didn't get to take advantage of them, but the grounds were very pretty.

I went to a fishing tournament and needed a place to stay- this was a perfect fit, 15 mins from lake, exactly what I needed and will be back- hosts were awesome

Comfortable and quaint studio apartment in rural setting

This was a very charming and cozy studio apartment in a peaceful setting. The amenities were perfect in a spotless accommodation and the hosts provided excellent and timely communication. I would love to return again in the future.

Cozy, Welcoming, & Close to Everything

The apartment had everything we needed (plus more), and was very close to some really wonderful dinner spots (we enjoyed Hope & Olive in Greenfield, and Harvey’s in Turners Falls). Jonathan and Christine made checking in so easy, and the personal touches were so cozy and welcoming. It’s obvious that so much thought and care went into creating this space for guests. The yard and outdoor seating also offered beautiful scenery and relaxing moments, with a cocktail (or two). This apartment was the perfect fit for what we needed.

Enjoyed my stay

Perfect location for visiting family in nearby Greenfield, MA. Also close to Route 91 and easy access to locations all along the Pioneer Valley. Studio was well equipped, comfortable, and artfully decorated which made it nice to return to for relaxation. Hosts were very responsive.

Just lovely!

Lovely, clean, well-appointed loft, with many thoughtful details added for comfort and convenience. I had a very cozy stay! The grounds are just gorgeous, and it was delightful to wake up to the gardens full of colorful birds, rabbits and chipmunks. I would recommend, as I will be back when I am in the area again. Cindy A

Excellent

The place was probably the cleanest and most mindfully setup that I have ever stayed in. Everything was useable and easily accessible! This was the perfect getaway. Not too much space or too little. The hosts were completely gracious and easy to communicate with. I appreciate their care for the wildlife and birds in the area and use of recycling and compost. Will keep this place in mind for another future get away! Many thanks!

Wonderful stay

This was my second time staying at the studio. Great location, great communication and perfect accommodations. The studio is exactly as described. Christine and Jon are wonderful hosts. I hope to be back soon.

Great, short stay Studio has everything needed for comfort. Perfect studio to relax

My stay was amazing for so many reasons! The studio was exactly as described, beautifully decorated and relaxing. So much New England charm. Christine and Jon were amazing hosts, very kind and very responsive. The communication was an A+ from the time I booked my stay thru the day I left. I highly recommend for anyone to stay when visiting the area. I hope to make the trip and book again!

Cozy, quiet and comfortable!

We had a wonderful stay with Jon and Christine while visiting our daughter at college for parents' weekend. Both the property and studio are very clean and inviting, cozy, and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable! As someone with back issues, I find traveling can be difficult, but we had a very good sleep and no nerve or back issues from a different bed! Jon was very hospitable and even looked up what kind of mattress they had purchased! Thank you so much again!

Wonderful Accommodations!

This studio is beautifully decorated and renovated, and in a lovely, peaceful location. It's even better than the photos. The hosts are great, although I almost never saw them. My only problem was replying to messages through VRBO. That system is unnecessarily complicated, not using it again. But I will be renting the studio again, no complaints about it.

A nice quiet and comfy studio for a relaxing weekend away.

We thoroughly enjoyed both the inside space and the outdoor space. Beautiful gardens and multiple areas for guests to use outside surrounded by many trees. A great hike away from home. The studio had everything we needed and was very cozy. The bed is quite comfortable and we slept amazingly. We were able to meet Jon and he suggested we check k out Sweet Lucy’s Bakery and it was a hit :) Jon and Christine were very friendly and attentive but also gave space and at times we forgot they lived on premises! We will come back again. A great place with many great outdoor adventures nearby!
