このビーチフロントコンドミニアムは、メキシコ湾のきらめく青い海を見下ろし、マデイラビーチの白い砂浜に直接位置しています。 バルコニーにある大きなスクリーンは、素晴らしい景色と息をのむような夕日を提供します。 ビーチでの散歩を楽しんだり、イルカの演奏を観たり、プールで泳いだり（1年中温水を浴びたり）、単にリラックスしたりできます。 有名なジョンズパスビレッジとボードウォーク（専門店、レストラン、パラセーリング、深海釣りなど）に歩いてすぐ、タンパ国際空港から約30分で、このコンドミニアムは完璧な休暇の休暇になります。

このユニットは、家電、花崗岩のカウンタートップ、パントリークローゼットを含む真新しいキッチンで新しく改造されました（2017年9月）。 全体に新しいフローリング（タイルとカーペット）、真新しいマスターバスルーム、6席以上の新しいダイニングルームがあります。 リビングルームには、ケーブルとブルーレイDVD付きの壁に取り付けられたフラットスクリーンテレビがあります。 マスターベッドルームには、新しいバスルームと壁掛け式フラットスクリーンテレビを備えた新しいキングベッドがあります。 2番目のベッドルームには、新しいクイーンベッドとツインベッド、壁掛けテレビがあります。 3番目のベッドルームには、ツインベッド、壁掛けテレビ、フルサイズの洗濯機と乾燥機があります。 また、無料の無線インターネットも提供しています。

2番目のバスルームは完全に改装され、ウォークインシャワーと新しい仕上げになりました。 （2019年10月）

Heated pool. Direct beach access with cabanas. Convienient to John's Pass and Treasure Island. Cafe with good coffee and breakfast right across the street. Excellent assortment of kids games and pleanty of beach toys and really sturdy beach chairs. Coolers, umbrella, beach games. The kitchen has high quality dishwasher, fridge, pots and pans, silverware and a good supply of dishes cups plasticware. K-cup, regular drip coffee maker, toaster, griddle, mixer...every item possible for complete cooking experience.Definitely would recommend this property.

Beautiful beach stay

This was a beautiful property with beautiful views. We had a few amazing sunsets and dolphin sightings. Only a couple little hiccups. Communication was very easy. Pros were property looks exactly as shown which is amazing and clean. Balcony has an incredible view. Loved having everything we needed for the 5 nights we stayed. A few cons were - shower pressure in spare bath was pretty low. Twin in spare bedroom was squeaky when you moved, and pillows could be firmer. But these little things would not stop us from returning to this wonderful property. I can see why Christin loves having this home away from home. Thank you for sharing it!

Madeira Beach stay

The location was good and the condo was beautifully decorated and equipped really well for renters. In hindsight I believe the rental price was high in comparison to other locations closer to John’s Pass and it would have been nice to see some sort of discount offered given there was no pool available, limited parking and no beachfront patio as the website shows. The owners did communicate these would not be available yet during our stay, after inquiring about it, however they were not willing to offer any discounts. Since we needed to firm up plans we opted to proceed, but maybe should have continued The search as we met many other renters in the area being offered various discounts for similar inconveniences. The construction crew was also at work from 8 am -5 pm during the week and it was rather noisy - not something you enjoy while you are on vacation and trying to relax. I’m sure when all the renovations are done, it will be a lovely place to stay. The beach out front was pretty and we were fortunate there were lounge chairs available to rent at that location .

Our stay was absolutely awesome. The ocean view condo was perfect for all of the sunsets. The locals were so friendly and our kids enjoyed their time on the beach. The condo was super clean which was a huge bonus.

Great!

Host was excellent, very easy to reach and honest about hurricane damages and construction. Neither of which had any impact on our vacation. Unit is great, clean and right on the beach. I want to see it again when it has been fully restored!

A nice place for a family vacation

The space of the condo was great. I have 3 elementary school aged kids and having enough space when we travel is always a challenge. The 2 bedrooms gave the kids options and the master on the other end of the condo ensured we wouldn't wake them after they went to bed. The beach was very nice. Its far enough away from the public beach to give a very private feel. Its close to shops and restaurants and it was very easy to get to Tampa or St. Petersburgh when we needed to.

Wonderful Condo on Madeira Beach

My family of 5 (3 kids age 11,9 and 3) just stayed at this condo on Madeira Beach and it was wonderful! It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and they had so many beach umbrellas, toys, tents, and chairs! The beach was gorgeous, the pool was heated and comfortable. So much to do in the area, we walked for coffee in the morning and ice cream at night! We also could walk to Caddy’s for to go frozen cocktails! Everyone in the building seemed so nice and friendly!! The owners were super responsive - gave their cell for any issues - but we didn’t have any at all! One of the best condos we’ve stayed in - and we hope to come back!!

Great Condo on the Beach

The condo was updated with all the extras to make the vacation a super fun time. Lots of great beach toys and chairs available. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook great meals. Loved the location. The beach views were amazing. Loved the walkable location to Johns Pass and other restaurants. The trolley stopped right outside on the street. We enjoyed taking the trolley to clearwater beach and down to St. Petes beach. Our grandkids came down to visit and loved the Candy Kitchen right across the street. The Dolphins swam by most every day. We highly recommend this condo.

Perfect family stay

This was a beautiful perfect stay for our family. We had 5 in our group and it fit all sooooo wonderfully. There was room to spare even. The owners were wonderful to communicate with, and the check-in process was very easy. The condo was beautiful and the updates were absolutely gorgeous. It was extremely clean. I will say every time we go on vacation. I always worry about how comfortable the bed is going to be and our beds were so comfortable. We chose this location also because the condo was close to the ocean and the sand is very fluffy! The owners are also very gracious and giving all the stuff that you will need for the beach and provided chairs and all kinds of beach toys for the kids so we didn’t have to purchase anything extra at all. The condo also has a heated pool which we got to enjoy with our kids and we also really liked a little cabanas right outside our rooms. We did get to see dolphins a couple of times right outside our patio and enjoy a couple of meals as a family out there as well. It was a perfect distance to get to anywhere we wanted to go and John’s Pass was literally a 10 minute walk or less and I really enjoy the coffee shop right across the street and my kids really enjoy the candy shop right across the street. They also have milkshakes! we are already talking about staying in this exact same condo next year. Honestly, the best condo we’ve ever stayed in overall with my family. Thank you so much to the owners. You guys are awesome!!!!!

Nicely remodeled; quiet family beach; great local amenities.

Very nice condo right on the beach. Pleasant, peaceful change from the hotel we used to stay at further north. Large property new remodeled. Lot of great amenities, restaurants nearby. Highly recommend.

We've been coming to Madeira Beach several times a year with friends and family for over 15 years now. It feels like a second home to us and our kids love it here. It's nice to be right on the beach and able to walk to nearby, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. It's very convenient and relaxing for us. We've made a lot of memories here and plan to make many more.
