Beach view and the space were the best things about the condo. Painters were there all week so we had ropes and workers blocking the view which was disappointing.

Incredible location on the beach

This place is exactly as described! It’s wonderful. The view from the balcony is amazing to wake up to everyday and watch the sunset in the evening. So many great local restaurants right around this property! We went May18-24 and the weather was beautiful in the mid to upper 80’s everyday! This condo has everything you need for a great beach day. Beach umbrellas, beach chairs, towels, coolers and more! The kitchen also has everything needed to cook or make a pot of coffee or tea. The pool appeared shady in photos but it was also amazing, lots of sun and very few people using it! We all loved everything about this place! Will definitely be back!

Great stay!

Great location. Great view. Parking was a bit rough, but hubby got it done. Lots of supplies for the ocean. We really enjoyed everything about this condo.

Much needed family getaway!!

Russ was great to deal with. The condo was clean and perfect size to fit all of our family.. The extras were so helpful to have. The location was great and the beach and pool are very well kept. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

The condo was perfect for our family! Location is perfect and not to crowded on the beach! There was an issue with the pool being closed for a couple days because a kid had used the bathroom in it but nothing that could be helped by the condo owner!

Great location and just as described

It was perfect for our family. The view was amazing and the house was stocked with everything we needed. Russ was easy to get ahold of and take care of the cable issue we had when we first got there. I highly recommend staying here. We will most definitely be staying again.

Awesome location and condo!

This property was exactly as described and more! Our family of 7 enjoyed a very comfortable stay and loved being right on the beach! It was very clean and all we had to do was unpack our suitcases and head to the beach!!! Russ was great to work with and we look forward to returning again next year! Meanwhile we are very happy to recommend this property!!!

Amazing location

We had a wonderful time on vacation. The view and location were just as advertised. The accommodations were perfect and many restaurant choices within walking distance. Would definitely recommend staying here and Russ was a pleasure to work with. He was helpful through the entire booking process and even checked in with us via email during our stay to make sure everything was up to par. Would definitely consider booking this unit again in the future!!

Wonderful!

My husband and I and visiting family had a wonderful time at Madeira Beach! The condo was clean and spacious with a wonderful view of the ocean. The extra supplies were much appreciated! The location was excellent for enjoying activities. Russ was so responsive. Great vacation!

Awesome stay!

Property was super clean. Beds were comfortable! Russ was fantastic to work with, we stayed right after the hurricane blew through and he gave me daily updates. The condo was very convenient for a family. Stocked well with kitchen supplies, paper towels, tp, dish soap, coffee filters, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys for the kids. Very convenient location with places to eat around you so you can walk if you would like. Our family was super pleased!

Really enjoyed our stay!

Overall, this was an enjoyable vacation! The overall four stars is actually more like 4.3. Would have been higher except for some minor maintenance and manager challenges. Get those ironed out and this property approaches very close to perfection! Thank you, Russ, because we know you tried very hard to make our stay more awesome!

Great condo…great location!

This was our first visit to Madeira Beach…loved the location 😎 The condo was spacious and amply supplied and very clean. The host supplies all paper supplies, dish/dishwasher, bathroom soap, laundry detergent for your entire stay, which is a huge plus! My first impression was that it needed to have some updates, but I understand that updating is in process. The sunsets were gorgeous from the balcony. The host, Russ was very attentive and responded to our request for a coffee maker replacement the same day. We were very pleased with the accommodations and booked for next year.

Fun in the Sun

The Proterty Mansger Russ was very accommodating, he allowed us to move our week due to Hurricane Ian back in September. He was very quick to get back to us with any questions/requests. The view of the ocean from the condo was spectacular and the prosimity to the beach was great. We enjoyed all the amenities the condo offered, the rooms were large and comfortable. Our 2 year old Granddaughter’s biggest dilemma was where to be the pool or the beach. We enjoyed several nice meals at St Johns Pass just a short distance away (Caddy’s & Scullys). Thank you Russ

Spacious condo right on the beach!

The description and pictures of this place are spot on and it was very reasonably priced compared to some of the other condos. It's not only a great location because it's literally right on the beach, but it's also very close to several restaurants, bars and shopping. John's Pass is only a mile away. Our two favorite places were Mad Beach Fish House and Bamboo Beach Bar. Russ was awesome to deal with and attentive to anything we needed and/or questions. There was some confusion with the VRBO calendar initially and he immediately took care of things. The other thing we really appreciated is that the condo had several items for guest use down at the beach. The beach chairs were the best as it allowed us to sit comfortably right down on the beach with our feet in the water. This was a plus since we flew down and really couldn't bring anything that wouldn't fit in a suitcase. The outside of the condo building could use a refresh and more modern paint colors. It was a little deceiving when we first pulled up, but once we got inside our condo it was exactly as pictured and such a nice safe place to stay, with many other friendly guests. We would certainly stay again if ever down again in that area!

The condo was in good shape and in an ideal location. Had a problem with the washer, but it was repaired right away. The ice maker did not work all week, so hopefully that has been attended to. Our family had a wonderful week and we would stay here again!

Great place to stay!!!!

This condo has everything you need! 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and a great view! The host was super responsive and helpful! Very close walk to a lot of shops, eateries and grocery stores! Great view and highly recommended!
