This was by far the best rental we have stayed in. Beautifully decorated and maintained, it had everything we needed to make our vacation a memorable one. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to Madeira Beach.

Perfect for our family. The pictures from the site, if anything, under state the size and great layout of the unit. Furnishings were perfect. Deck was very large and gave a great view of the sunsets.

Beautiful beach view, large balcony was spectacular. The inside had everything we needed and was very clean. Beds were comfy. I would definitely recommend this unit. Only recommendation would be to put a tv in the other two bedrooms but it wasn’t that big of a deal.

Best vacation rental in the 18 years renting in Florida. The condo was very clean and fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. Rental included so many extras not provided at other places, including 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas. Great location. Easy to walk to many restaurants and shopping areas. We were a family of 4 with older teens (17 & 18). Kids loved this place and are already asking to come back again. Would highly recommend this condo.

The view was beautiful, there were a lot of thoughtful touches in the condo, such as outlets for charging all of our devices, a filtered water machine, sheets and towels, marked and organized neatly in a closet, motorized blinds were nice, the bathrooms were nicely updated as well as the kitchen. The condo was also well stocked with Kleenex, paper, products, lotions, and soaps in the shower, and at all sinks.It would’ve been nice to have more small bowls to use and sharper knives.

Beautiful

Our stay in this condo was great! The unit was very clean and everything was provided as far as towels, bed linens, and kitchen accessories. It is a great location and very quiet (other than some nearby construction noise during the day). It is just steps away from the beautiful beach! We can’t wait to stay here again!!

Exceptional

This place is fantastic! Location and views and breathtaking, everything you could want from a beach vacation! The property itself was spotless and had everything we needed and more. Only small recommendation is that we couldn’t see an iron….. but at the beach who really needs one!

What a Location

Amazing view. Pool is fantastic. All soap, towels, cleaning supplies, bedding and so much more are available. Great Location. You really can't be any closer to the sand and beach. Everything is clean and neat. Highly Recommend.

Sleeping with roaches, Rude and n unapologetic MGMT company/owner, not worth the $$

Everything seemed good at first. 4th floor apartment of a building on the beach, balcony is spacious as is the apt. Then came the live roaches. When we contacted the MGMT company and sent picture of the roach, they said they will send exterminator and thanks for notifying them. No apologies, nothing stating when someone would come and when we told them it's unacceptable to pay three times the average nightly rate and have roaches in the place, they replied that there's never been one there before. No way that is true as there are signs posted in the building that they have a pest issue and others staying in the building saw roaches as well. They didn't offer to give us back any money, they just said we could check out by 1pm and not be charged for the night. Totally unacceptable!! Could stay in a motel if we had known we would be sleeping with roaches. To not even offer to provide any type of refund/money back after spending more than double per night than all other places, is pathetic and disgraceful.
