Amazing location and welcoming host.

Had a wonderful 2 night visit at this apartment. Jaqueline was an incredible host. She was super helpful and gave us some amazing local recommendations. This apartment is close to EVERYTHING. A real ideal location if you want to get a true feel of the city. A super cute, and clean studio with everything one could need. As other reviews have mentioned the noise level can get very high at night. But that is expected in such a prime location. Bring a good pair of earplugs and you are set.

Nice, great location but not good for large or handicapped people

Greatly convenient location, walking distance to just about everything in town, particularly for a tourist. Very cute area, street and home. Bed and living room/kitchen were pretty good. There were 2 big downsides to this property; the size of the bathroom/shower and the noise level at night. It's a very noisy street at night, even weeknights up until maybe 2 or 4 am with restaurants, partying tourists and other passerbys. The insulation from the windows is basically non-existent. It's also noisy again around 6am with trucks, generators and traffic. We were here on a Sunday and Monday night. The bathroom was nice but extremely tight/narrow. My wife and I are both on the small side- 5'8" and shorter, around 150lbs and smaller and we barely fit into the bathroom and shower. It was difficult for us to move and shower and if you're on the larger side, this may be impossible. This is also a 3 floor walkup, so may not be accessible for some people, whether it be handicap or other. Overall, it generally worked for us and we were happy with our stay, so don't be mistaken. She let us check in early, was very helpful and it was nice to have coffee/tea etc available in home. Plus, the convenient location was amazing. Also, it's not waterview.

Trip to Florence

The apartment was clean and nice. I would suggest you let people know the several flights of stairs and no lift available. Also it was very loud at night so not easy to sleep. Thanks

Florence inner city is very small, so this place is close to most of major attractions. No noise reduction arrangement, beds are two single mattresses put together with a gap in between.A/C is on or off , no option to adjust temperature. Bathroom is extremely small and tight, if you are US size 42 and more, be aware that you may not have much space to turn around. Or if you are 5’8 or taller, bend your head when entering the shower cabin. Overall Florence is very expensive and this property fits with the overall scheme. It is a studio and recommend to increase your budge if you are staying more than 2 nights.

Great location but a little noisy at night

The apartment was in an ideal location in Florence and the check in host was great. It was well maintained as well. It was located in close proximity to pretty much everything. I will say that the street did get a little noisy at night and the bathroom was a little small but if that doesn’t bother you I strongly recommend staying here.

Florence stay

Our Vrbo was exactly as listed, just a few things to add/comment on. The window in the kitchen area would not shut properly, therefore allowing a lot of noise to enter the apartment. Each night we were there we were woken up by very loud people outside. That was a shame, since it is a beautiful neighborhood. Lastly, beware of the tiny shower. Again it is as listed, but my boyfriend who is 5’11 had a very hard time with the shower. Not nearly enough room for anyone tall.
