The apartment is located on the second floor of a typical 18th-century building. This bright two-room apartment, overlooking Via Palazzuolo, features a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area and a large bedroom with a cozy sitting area and a smart TV. The new, modern bathroom has a spacious shower and is equipped with everything you need.
There is air conditioning and a ceiling fan.
During the renovation, care was taken to preserve the originality of the historic building as much as possible. Modern, high-quality furniture creates a special atmosphere.
Bed linens and towels are provided, as are coffee and tea.
The apartment is located about 15 minutes from the Duomo in the historic city center. The main train station is about 500 meters away. There is a paid parking garage directly across the street or 150 meters away.

The city of Florence charges a fee of €5.50 per night per person over the age of 12. Since we use a self-check-in process with our guests, we ask that you pay the fee when prompted.

It’s a beautiful unit, bed was very comfortable, very clean, close walking distance to main attractions.Only drawback is no window treatments in bedroom, we just put dark sheets to cover street lights so it all was good for us

The room was perfect size, clean, comfortable bed. Location was good. The only downside was the street was incredibly loud at night. I still rated five stars, because it doesn’t appear to be a regularly busy road, and it might have just been my own bad luck to be there while there was a rowdy crowd nearby.

We had an incredible stay. The place was absolutely perfect. It was so nice and helpful having all comforts of home. Hosts were super helpful and very quick to reply. All the instructions were perfect. It was a pleasure to stay here.

Pictures don’t do this place justice, very charming, with cool ceilings and lights. Plenty of space to spread out and a good location close to the train station and sights. Communication with the owner was great and they were very responsive when we had a minor plumbing issue. Definitely recommend

Overall, a very nice property. Managed really well when we had questions. The owner was very responsive. Location wise was good not great but very safe while we are inside the property itself. Walkable to the main areas of the downtown and town itself. Overall, I would definitely recommend a couple staying here for a weekend trip or extended stay.

We loved how clean the apartment was, the location with restaurants,and small markets nearby. All communications with the owner were answered quickly. I would stay again.

Nice stay close to the historic sites

We picked this nice, renovated apartment close to historic downtown so the we could walk around and be close to the main sites. It's within walking distance from the train station.

Great Stay!

Great location, close to the train station as well as walking distance to major sights. Lots of restaurants and shops near by. Perfect home for 2. Wifi and air condioning worked great. Easy check in process. Would definately recommend!

We enjoyed our 5 night stay! Very easy self check in but lots of stairs. The apartment was exactly as advertised and within walking distance of all attractions. I travelled with my husband and felt safe in the neighborhood but not sure I would have felt as safe at night alone.
