Apartment in the city center; all attractions are within walking distance

Experience Florence: All the monuments are within walking distance!
Stay on the first floor of this apartment in the heart of Santa Croce. An unbeatable location for forgetting your car and enjoying the city while strolling among monuments and traditional restaurants. The apartment sleeps 2, with a sofa bed that can accommodate 4.

Connections from Santa Maria Novella Station:
On foot: A pleasant 15-minute walk (1.2 km) through the historic center.
By Bus: Take Line C2 (direction Piazza Beccaria) and get off at the "Ghibellina - Pepi" stop, located just a few meters from the main entrance.
By Taxi: Available at the station exit, the journey takes about 10 minutes.

Why choose it:
Strategic Location: Surrounded by the main points of interest and the best restaurants in the city.

24/7 Self Check-in: Arrive independently at any time using a code.

Maximum Convenience: Downstairs, you'll find a large, well-stocked supermarket and a coin-operated laundromat, as well as restaurants of all kinds.

Technology: Ultra-fast fiber Wi-Fi and Smart TV.

Parking Logistics:
Paid: Private garages (Park Santa Croce or Garage del Bargello) for those entering the restricted traffic zone, or the Sant'Ambrogio public parking lot, 5 minutes away.

Nice place, down the street from Santa Croce, easy check in, there’s a conad (grocery) right down the street as well. 1 mile from the train, would definitely recommend staying here :)

Great Location

The location is great and the two main rooms have large windows and great light. Otherwise it’s a pretty basic flat with no added touches; the bathroom could use some TLC.

Excellent Location!

This apartment was in a great location. Paula was very helpful and responsive to any of our inquiries. It was within walking distance to great restaurants, and all the major sight seeing attractions. The Vietnamese restaurant on the ground level was very very good. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Amazing location - Amazing Host

Was our first time in Florence and this location filled all our needs. Steps away from amazing restaurants, grocery stores and all the big sites to see around Firenze. Host Paola made the check in experience super simple and the property was in great condition. A little noisy at nights due to being off a Main Street but did not bother the overall stay. Thanks Paola for the awesome stay!

The location of this property was truly incredible! Quick walks to the main attractions in Florence. The location is the best part of the apartment! Easy communication during my stay, however, they didn’t answer the email or Vrbo message sent before we got there.

Very cute, excellent location

This apartment was very homey and comfortable. It is a 2 minute walk from Santa Croce and 5-10 minutes from the Duomo and a bridge to cross the river. It was very easy to reach everywhere we needed to on foot, we only used a bus/taxi when arriving and leaving because of our bags. We will miss this place a lot, it was like home while we were in Florence!

Good place to stay

The apartment is about 20 minutes from Piazza de Republica. It's up one flight of Florentine stairs. It was bright, ckean and well appointed. On Saturday nights, the neighborhood is lively! The noise was not enough to keep us awake, but the host provides earplugs, so if youre a really light sleeper, he's got you covered.

Smaller than it appears in photos. Too crowded for 4 adults. Disappointed in cleanliness. The doors, trim and everywhere people have to touch repeatedly were very dirty. Kitchen was fairly well equipped.
