With a new remodel, this home has brand-new, built-in twin over twin bunk beds in the hall, new paint, and décor. The reconfigured Primary Bedroom with a new Barn Door, boasts a Queen Bed with a new mattress (Summer 2023) and a Private Balcony with a view of the Lagoon. The Full Bathroom is located just off the hall. You can certainly create some tasty meals in the fully stocked kitchen or order out and enjoy sitting and dining on the Main Gulf Facing Balcony right off the Living Room and watch the waves! Gulf Shores Surf & Racquet Club offers the best of both worlds with a deeded, private access to a beautiful beach on one side and the Little Lagoon with a pier, rentable boat slip, and a boat launch on the other. Surf and sun on one, fishing and boating on the other (also Kayak accessible). More great amenities include a beautiful Swimming Pool with a Relaxing Hot Tub, 2 lighted and newly resurfaced Tennis Courts, Shuffleboard, 2 Grilling Areas with 3 Grills each, a Fish Cleaning Station, and Spectacular Views from every angle!
*Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent. Just find an empty one or the attendant.

Parking Passes are required and purchased from the front desk upon arrival. Passes are $25 each and are valid for your entire stay, limit 2 per unit. Boat Trailer Parking is $20 and allows you to use the Boat Launch as well.
