Home on a quiet street with friendly neighbors right in the center of it all. Downtown Wilmington is situated on the Cape Fear River, has great restaurants and a lively music scene in the summer. There are two main beaches within 15-20 minutes. Each beach has a different flavor. Open floorplan downstairs between kitchen and great room. Office space just off the foyer has a stand up desk with auxiliary monitor and printer available for use. We also have a fenced in backyard for kids to safely play.

Chris and Candy Hug have lived in Wilmington, NC since1989. We raised our family in this house and are now traveling and working remotely to be closer to our children and grandchild. We love all things related to water, which is why Wilmington is such a great place to visit! When we are not in Wilmington we are in our Airstream, chasing adventures!
