Experience Wilmington like a local in this fabulous 3-bedroom house. Each bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. With 2 bathrooms equipped with a hair dryer, guests can freshen up with ease. Relax in the gorgeous living space or whip up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house.

The Yellow Swann is located in the Brooklyn Arts District of Downtown Wilmington. With a 7-minute walk to Live Oak Pavilion, 15-minute walks to the Wilson Center & Convention Center, and a 6-minute drive to Greenfield Lake, it's the perfect home base for exploring all Wilmington offers! The district features great cafes, restaurants, bakeries, bars & bottle shops. Whether you're attending an event, conference, or concert, our conveniently located unit puts you close to so much!

We loved our stay! They really thought of all the details. The rooms were larger than I expected from the photos and the beds comfortable - 2 of the rooms have large closets. The house was clean, comfortable and just a short walk away from local dining, places with live music and the riverfront. I would stay here again and highly recommend!

Adorable home….super clean and beautifully decorated with so many extra special touches to make for a wonderful getaway!!! Easy walk to many restaurants and local pubs!! Host was super responsive!! Would highly recommend!!

Stayed here while in town for a concert. The location is a short walk to Live Oak Bank Pavilion. The house was comfortable and well equipped. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely host, lovely stay! Everything we needed was provided, and Lynn was super responsive and genuine. The area is so nice and comfy and cannot recommend this stay enough!

Weird al vacation house

Thank you so much we had a great time staying at your house. The size and location were perfect for us. We were able to walk to the concert we went to and found many fun bars and good restaurants. I guess our only complaint would be the outside step were very slippery when they were wet. One member of our party fell down the side steps because of that. All in all we had a great time! Thank you for letting use stay. We’ve already recommended it to several of our friends. Thanks Randy

Fun stay at the Yellow Swann

The cottage was very clean and cute! It’s in an up and coming neighborhood that’s walkable to a number of businesses which was nice. We also walked downtown easily for more exploring. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evening and made a couple of meals on the charcoal grill. Our family had a great stay!

Nice Home Close to Downtown

My family and I stayed here for a wedding in Wilmington. It was very close to downtown and walkable to restaurants. We did have some issues with cleanliness and are not convinced the bed sheets in the primary suite were laundered. We could not locate extra sheets to change out the bedding, so we laid towels down. Other common areas and beds seemed very clean. We appreciated Lynne's communication and overall we enjoyed our stay!
