Welcome to the Marilyn. NO CLEANING FEE. Drop dead gorgeous 3 bedroom steps from downtown Wilmington river walk and all restaurants and bars. Fully stocked with EVERYTHING you need. Keurig and full coffee maker all linens and sheets provided. Just bring clothes!
There is nothing like this in Wilmington. 1 off street and ample free on street parking included! 3 bedrooms. Queen, Queen and King sleep 6. There is also an air mattress that can sleep 2 more for a total of 8. Washer and dryer included with supplies. All towels, linens and sheets are provided. Plenty of paper towels, toilet tissue, dishwasher and a FULLY stocked kitchen for making memories with family.
Hi Speed WIFI, Steamer for clothes also available
All TVs are smart TVs as well. One off street space parking space is included and there is ample free street parking as well. this is the bottom floor of a 2 unit duplex. Both can be rented together :)

This rental was great. The house was clean, parking was easy, and the host was communicative. The location being within walking distance of food, drinks, and coffee would be hard to beat. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in downtown Wilmington. The house has so much character. You can easily walk to restaurants ands shops. The owner is extremely helpful and readily available. Parking could be tricky with multiple cars as the streets get really busy.

Absolutely sexy and sophisticated sexy 3 bedroom in the heart of downtown Wilmington historic district. Mere minutes to the River walk, and all the restaurants and downtown scene

Private off street as well as ample free on street parking as well.
This house combined with the other 3 bedroom is a masterpiece. Can be rented together for a total of 6 bedrooms and sleeps 16 total.
