Heather was amazing! She was so accommodating and made the whole stay stress free and enjoyable. The house was exactly as photographed (if not even better in person) she had thought of everything one could need during the say! One of the best VRBO experiences I’ve had!

Lovely home - clean and well appointed, with everything we needed. A perfect stay. Absolutely gorgeous setting along the river. We loved the outdoor space for relaxing and much-needed family time with our Midshipman after Plebe Summer. Heather was so easy to work with and very responsive. Would definitely return!

Peaceful waterfront getaway

Cute, quiet, updated, well-kept rental with a scenic backyard and dock on Meredith Creek. Excellent access to Bay Bridge and Annapolis. Would stay again!

Great Retreat

We had a great stay!!

A family trip to visit our daughter at the Naval Academy. We loved the property and our stay! My mom is mobile so the upstairs bathroom wasn’t a problem, (but keep that in mind if you’re traveling with anyone who has a hard time with stairs). We will definitely be back!!

Terrific house!

Annapolis Charm will not disappoint! It is well appointed with many amenities and is spotlessly clean. This property is centrally located too. The owner is a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend this property.

Peaceful

From arriving to leaving, my children and I enjoyed time together. Thank you for the use of the kayaks and fire pit. The gift basket had something for everyone. The home was comfortable from the kitchen to the bedrooms. We would have loved to stay longer. We will be back. Thank you.

Awesome weekend escape

Perfect for our weekend with friends. View was beautiful, had a bon fire, lots of birds & nature. Accommodations were perfect, comfortable beds, nicely stocked kitchen. A lot of thoughtful items for guests. Just loved it! Will come back!! Thank you Heather!!

Beautiful Views

This property felt like home right away. It is a bit off the beaten path which was just what we needed. The dock, sunporch, and water views were amazing. We really had everything we needed and plenty of space and comfort. Our host was so helpful and gracious. We highly recommend staying here for those looking to unwind away from DTA with quick and easy access when you do venture out.

Definitely a Charmer in Annapolis

Beautifully decorated house with attention to details. Property and photos were as described. Wonderful views of the water. We even saw a bald eagle fly overhead and land! Quiet and very relaxing. Definitely recommend and give this property 5 stars. Everyone in our group wants to return for another stay.

Exceeds expectation

This property is more impressive than advertised. The remote, quiet neighborhood is surprisingly close to Annapolis, and felt safer than anticipated. The condition of the property and its contents is first rate. It is spacious and well laid out with plenty of seating in the house, enclosed porch, and fire pit area. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The view alone was worth the stay.

Great weekend getaway!

Had a great weekend here! Probably only for adults and if you’re okay with driving/uber/cab 15-20 min to get anywhere but its very quiet and the outdoor space is SO nice. A nice getaway. Definitely also not for 6 people as there is one bathroom. Kitchen has everything you need and the games at the house were a nice touch! Hosts very accommodating and easy to contact!

Cozy and calming

My husband I stayed 5 nights. The house was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and homey. Two of our grandchildren came over and we played games. Heather the owner, was responsive and helpful. Great enclosed porch overlooking the water.

The best

Lovely, perfect home to getaway and relax . Love this house, the space, the views. Everything about this home was perfect for us. The decor is beautiful and modern loved the style and color selections. There are games available which we took time to play, for us it’s the simple things that matter and we took time to enjoy them all!

STUNNING & a must stay!

We had the most incredible weekend at Annapolis Charm! The house is gorgeous and clean. We really enjoyed the enclosed porch area overlooking the water and we utilized the fireplace inside while we watched a movie at night. My husband used the kayak one afternoon which was really fun for him. The house was so clean and comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials you would need and Heather was very fast to respond with any and all questions we had. It was about a 12 minute drive to downtown Annapolis which was very convenient for us. I really could go on and on about what a great stay we had. We can’t wait to come back!

Nice place

This house was quaint, comfortable and very clean. It was well-appointed with comfy beds and couch, good internet and TV entertainment options, nice welcome basket and bottle of wine to greet us. As advertised, there is only one (nice sized) bathroom but note that it is upstairs with the bedrooms. As a suggestion to the owner, the TV area could use some extra lamps for reading while on the couch. We were fine with no dishwasher with just two of us, but for a larger group, note that there is no dishwasher.

Lovely home

This house is very well kept! Very nice and clean inside and out! The little things like the welcome gifts and the firewood for the fire pit were very much appreciated! The only negative thing about the house (more like area) is that right next door there is what appears to be an abandoned house with broken windows and an overgrown yard. Again, that's not at all a reflection of this house or the owner! It is just a short maybe 10 minute drive into Annapolis which was super nice! I would absolutely stay at this place again!

Low key family stay

Our family of 4 spent several days at this lovely, newly renovated waterfront home in early June. The property is right in the water with its own dock, in a quiet neighborhood easily accessible to Annapolis. Everything was pristinely clean, with all new appliances, furniture, linens, dishes and cookware. The downside to the newness is that there were no pantry basics, not enough towels and blankets, and no iron, but those were minor inconveniences. The big backyard on the river was fantastic, and where we spent most of our time playing yard games, watching the kids catch fireflies, and just relaxing. Great property!

Great mini vacation

what a great little place for us to enjoy a few days of R&R with our friends! Right outside of Annapolis, close to everything, but at the same time it's also a quiet place away from everything. We loved it so much we found it hard to leave the peace and quiet of the dock - we spent most of the time just sitting around talking, laughing, crabbing, fishing, and most importantly, making memories. The house is HUGE compared to the pictures online and has absolutely everything you could need. We grilled out one night and then ate our catch the second night (kitchen is fully stocked and even tho we brought our own oil, spices, sugar, etc - there was more than enough already there. Same for laundry detergent). The Master BR is plenty big and the second BR was more than adequate for our friends. Nothing but great things to say about this property and would stay here again in a heartbeat!
