- Indoor gas fireplace is non-operational in summer months (Apr - Sept). Thank you for understanding.

Getting Around:

Taxi services, Uber, Lyft are available. Downtown Gatlinburg offers trolley service. There is ample public parking available for driving around the area. We suggest having a car to get around town.

After confirming this had a wood burning fireplace inside, i booked this property...only to arrive and it to only have a wood burning fireplace outside...terribly disappointing, as this was the same problem we had with this property prior...but apparently they dont have any record of that or the gas odor complaint that i had from the oven(that maintenance had to come out and take care of) and along with confirming the prior property was dog friendly only to find out 10 days later it wasnt and we had to leave our dogs home and my mother in law had to stay behind to take care of them! I had spoke with Shaik from VRBO and Angie from Ayres and they had made the offer to stay at the previous home or pay for the night we stayed and be refunded the rest, once confirmed the home wasnt available, they tried offering a seperate area(at the bottom of the mountain) for us to enjoy a fireplace but it wasn't convenient for all of us and wouldnt be comfortable so i wanted the previous offer from Shaik and Bill the manager was not aware of the offer that had been made and pretty much refused to honor it and said he would contact the current owners to see if they would be willing to do a refund...needless to say it was a huge disaster and horroble disappointment as it was my husband's birthday vacation...i will never recommend Ayres to anyone. Ive attached photos from VRBO and the photos in person of the same fireplaces being advertised. Completely different. You can tell everything has been

For the amount of rooms that were in the house, the table did not accommodate for us all to eat together. There were bugs, look like scorpions… I know they weren’t, but they look like that… the back porch down below the fire pit was was completely dirty and the chairs look like they had not been brushed off in forever with leaves, the bunk bedroom had no shelving or anywhere to put our suitcase or clothes so we basically had to put our clothes in the laundry room. The other rooms are great, but the four people that stay in the bunkbed were adults and had no closet space or drawers other than those two drawers that were underneath the bunkbed, one of which we could not use because the ladder blocked them. Also, it was snowing and we had asked for feedback about how to handle whether we should stay on the mountain or not, and we never received a response back.

very nice place to spend time with family. we did see a bear with 3 cubs close to the property. so be cautious. We made sure to not leave food in the cars overnight. bears and other wildlife are not a problem, as they are a part of the natural environment and make vacation memorable.

Spacious and secluded

Beautiful property, secluded, private. Lots of outdoor deck space and plenty of indoor space for our group of 10 adults and one infant to hang out. Kitchen has everything needed to make meals, coffee, etc. Some quirks along the way that were mildly inconvenient, but still enjoyed the stay and location.

Awesome time

Celebrating with family and friends. House was beautiful and fully equipped. Hot tub location was amazing, game room great fun! Everyone had a fabulous time. Highly recommend. Property manager very responsive for the few questions we had.

Incredible stay!

Everything you need and want is at this home. It was beautiful inside and amazing views outside. We had a large age range from 89 to 4. The garage game room was perfect for the kids be the loud and have fun while the grandparents stayed in the quiet house. So much space to just lounge and enjoy for our large family! The bedrooms are all a nice size. The bedding and beds were so comfortable. The communication is easy and efficient. We would absolutely stay again when we come back!

Amazing house for a group

We absolutely loved the house! Super nice upgrades, bedrooms and bathrooms were great, kitchen and provides supplies perfectly met our needs with two families of four. Nothing major But there were a lot of ladybugs inside the house (dead and alive) and the floors were a bit dirty so I vacuumed when we arrived. Seems the ladybugs were a seasonal thing that maybe there wasn’t much to be done about them.

Beautiful and so Peaceful!

This home was by far the cleanest and most well stocked home we have stayed at. We are a group of three families and had plenty of space. The home is very private and the hosts are so gracious and very quick to respond. Even the three year in our group asked if we could stay there forever! Super convenient to all the attractions, yet it feels like you are all by yourself while at the property. We had three large vehicles and we all fit fine in the driveway and were able to turn around. We are already talking about renting it next year again! Dogs are allowed which is amazing considering how nice this home is. It was very tastefully decorated for Christmas in every room which was a super nice surprise! Kudos to your cleaning crew as well as your management company! Thanks again!

Comfortable Family Trip

The house was amazing. The layout of the bedrooms were perfect for two families to share the cabin. Our kids enjoyed the game room. We even had two visits from a bear looking for a treat.

Beautiful home

Overall the house is amazing! It’s very beautiful and is very well stocked. The description says parking is not an issue, but we had 3 vehicles and that filled the parking area completely. Also if you want to be able to get back out of the driveway you need to back in because you cannot turn a car around. It is pretty small space and down a steep curved grade, so parking is very tricky. We enjoyed our time, but it was not what we were expecting when we booked it. Several items on the listing regarding location were wrong, but have since been corrected.

New Year's Getaway

We stayed here 5 days and had a wonderful time! The kids and teens could play in the game room. Everyone loved the hot tub with great views and wood fireplace. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and a gas grill for our steaks. Plenty of towels for everyone in bathrooms and towel for the hot tub. The location is perfect for Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. there was even a Christmas tree for us to enjoy. Thank you for a wonderful family time!

Great Spot for all ages

It's a great spot near town with everything conveniently surrounded! The place, the view, the location are all meet our expectation. The kids enjoy the game room and the adults enjoy the view, spacious common and private room. We wish to stay longer but will definitely be back again.

Foliage in The Smokies

This house is awesome! The views are magnificent! It has the privacy and tranquility from the busy Gatlinburg crowd. The management team was very responsive to our requests and needs. Despite a few issues with the shower and outdoor lightings, we enjoyed the house very much! The large fireplace and a strategic placed hottub, it is a house that fits our vacation! Thank you for having us!
