Nice studio condo perfect for a couple or single person. Christy and her husband were great guests. Rented the jeep and they picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. Beautiful views off the porch. 5 minutes from downtown and close to Bolongo Bay. Very clean unit with everything you need including beach supplies. Will definitely stay again when on island !!

This is our 2nd time staying here. The house is very clean and perfect for 2 people. The view and outdoor space brought us back. This time we rented a Jeep from Kristy. It is ABSOLUTELY the way to go. She picks you up and drops you off at the airport. Last time we waited forever (several hours) for a rental and the whole experience was painful and expensive. RENT THE JEEP!!

Perfect for solo travelers with amazing views!

Perfect Getaway with Amazing View

The host was very welcoming and the place was well stocked with things to make a stay away from home perfect. Beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, everything needed for a fun beach trip. Loved the view! Would definitely stay again.

Great views

The views from the balcony were amazing! We loved watching the ships comw in in the mornings. We rented the jeep and the property was in a great location to drive around and explore. The host and property manager were great at communicating with us.

Awesome view, perfect for two

Perfect place with the best views from inside while cooking or outside while relaxing on the porch. Very clean and was exactly as identified, including the roosters. Easy check in and out and the hosts were very accomodating.

Great space, location, and views.

Excellent studio, close drive to everything. Conveniently located for easy access to Charlotte Amalie and Red Hook for ferries to St John. Beautiful views from the balcony. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom necessities. Great communication with owner and her manager. Would highly recommend this rental

Tranquil Get Away

The Studio was wonderful with a tranquil view of Frenchman's Bay and spectacular sunsets. Christy and her husband were superb hosts. They have created a wonderful getway close to downtown, but away from the hustle of Charlotte Amalie.

Four day getaway

Overall, it was a great stay! Even enjoyed the chickens roosting in the tree right outside, although the 2:30 AM wakeup calls (roosters) was an experience until I got use to them. Location was sited 1/2 way to everything important and found it fairly easy to navigate around the island once I got use to the St.Thomas Freeway.

We truly believe that vacations and quality time with family and friends are some of the most important things in life. We’re happy to help you plan activities and answer any questions about what to do on the island.

We own a boat charter company, Caribbean Blue Boat Charters, and a Jeep tour company, Island Life Jeep Tours—feel free to ask if you’d like to learn more. We also have Jeeps available for rent on-site for added convenience.

Our goal is for you to fall in love with St. Thomas and have an unforgettable experience in the islands!

Centrally Located – Close to Everything!

7 minutes to Havensight shopping and restaurants.
10 minutes to downtown Charlotte Amalie.
25 minutes from the airport (traffic varies on cruise ship days).
20 minutes to Red Hook Ferry (St. John).
7 minutes to Moe’s Grocery, 15 minutes to Cost U Less.
5 minutes to Abi Beach and Lime Tree Beach.

Important to Note:

There are 12 stairs to your front door.
Private studio and parking (owners live above, but your space is fully private).
Island sounds include Coki frogs at night and roosters in the morning. If you're not used to nature sounds, background sleep music can help.
