Remodeled & Spacious! It’s Beautiful!

Remodeled and shows great! You will love this very comfortable and spacious 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit. You will enjoy the open floorplan that will accommodate you and a guest to hang out for dinner, or watch your favorite movie together! It's clean, it's bright, and refreshing!

The location is amazing! Watch the sunset every night from the cliffs, which is a 2 minute walk to the end of the block!

This is a first floor unit with one bedroom and one bathroom. Very open and spacious floorplan all on one level! Smell the Pacific Ocean in the air and listen to the waves crashing into the cliffs from the front of the property! The location is great offering a short (15 minute) walk to Newport Avenue into downtown Ocean Beach, or a short (15 minute) walk to Sunset Cliffs! Go to the sandy beach at tower 2 at the end of Newport Avenue, and then grab lunch or dinner at one of the many restaurants in OB! The property is located on a dead end street just two minutes to the end of the block for the evening sunset!

We had a great time in Ocean Beach at Marc’s property. The views right down the road were amazing and the location of the house was perfect for the day trips we took along the coast. The king bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay

Great location with less than a minute walk to the ocean. Really cool path right next to unit that takes you right down to beach access as well. Would stay here again! Great communication as well.

This property was just as pictured. Clean, spacious, and quiet. Great location within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants, and a very easy drive to downtown and all of the nearby colleges. Within steps to a beautiful sunset ocean view.

Good location

This was a nice stay for a quick trip. The location is very central to the beach and most attractions. Check-in was super easy and quick, as Marc was very communicative and able to accommodate an earlier check in. The off street parking spot was a big plus as this is a very popular area.

Stay in Ocean Beach

The property was lovely and within walking distance of restaurants. The coast is within a block of the unit, so watching the sunset there is an incredible perk!

Very close to the ocean

Very comfortable and clean place. Definitely enjoyed my stay. A couple of minutes from the ocean. Also very close to great restaurants, and convenient stores. Great neighborhood, and an assigned parking space. Great response from Marc . Would stay there again!

Great stay in great location

This property is ideally located in Ocean Beach — close to the beach and Sunset Cliffs, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Newport Ave. The unit itself was nicely decorated and well equipped. The King bed is a rare commodity in the area and this one was very comfortable. The property owner was very proactive in making sure we had everything we needed for our stay and checking in on us. We would definitely stay here again.

OB at its Best

Fantastic place less than a block from the Ocean. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Ocean Beach this is it! Super clean, super responsive and a stones throw from the ocean and walking distance to main/downtown Ocean Beach.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was as described, clean and had a lot of great amenities, including a parking spot. It was within walking distance to the beach, Sunset Cliffs and all the things to do in Ocean Beach. Marc was a great communicator too.

Wonderful stay in Sunset Cliffs

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the location. Great neighborhood for walking. Close to local restaurants and stores. The unit was well maintained, very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Marc was incredibly helpful with recommendations and excellent at communicating all essential details.

Great time Great Host

Marc was a great host. He had everything set up for us and communicated with me the whole time. This place was more than we could expect. If you’re ever in San Diego and want to stay by the beach, Marc‘s place is where you wanna be.
