About this space
Enjoy the tranquility of this cozy and modern brand new remodel on the bay. Take the bikes for a ride down to the ocean or to the tons of great restaurants, shops, bars, etc that Pacific Beach and Mission have to offer. This spacious studio offers a full kitchen and everything you need for a nice vacation. The condo has high quality and functional materials and furniture. The Casper queen sized bed has a twin bed that rolls out from underneath, as well as drawers.

Very neat and clean. Just what we were looking for. Great location across the street from the bay. Nice quiet and safe area. Host was very attentive and easy to communicate with. Would stay there again!

The host was very welcoming and responsive. I loved the location across from a park. The unit itself was as-described. It was very peaceful until some inconsiderate upstairs guests arrived and made a mess in front of our door, parked in our parking space, and ran around like a herd of elephants.

Great Location

This was a nice little place to stay in San Diego. It is right across the street from a park on the Bayside of things. Very close to all the beaches, shopping, and entertainment. Very quiet. Very clean. Would totally come here again.

Clean, modern, perfect location.

This place is very nicely situated by a park, overlooking the bay, 10 min walk to the ocean. Seems like a very safe and clean neighborhood. Bikes are available if you wan to cruise around. Nicely equipped kitchen for simple meal prep if dining out for every meal is not your thing. Very comfortable bed and couch with a nice TV if you want to chill. Host were responsive and quickly resolved a parking miscommunication. Would highly recommend and would stay here again. Thank you Rex and TJ!

The property is in a great location- that is definitely the best part. It is literally right on the bay and in a safe area. The communication with the host was good, however, he seemed a bit unclear on exactly how things work. For example, the AC- it needed to be attached to the window, in order for it to work- but the attachment didn’t fit properly and a handy man had to come and use aluminum tape to fix it. We had a few other instances like this, such as the bed side lamps not being charged and the batteries being dead in the TV remote. Lots of sand everywhere, with no way to clean it up. Overall a good stay. Location was the best!

We’ve since addressed those items, including ensuring the A/C setup is properly fitted, checking all remotes and lighting before each stay, and improving cleaning supplies so guests can easily manage sand during their visit. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can address any concerns in real time and make things right as quickly as possible. We’re glad you had a good overall stay and would be happy to host you again anytime.
